Double-door lock assembly

A double-door lock assembly includes a first lock and a second lock which are respectively mounted on a first door and a second door. The double-door lock assembly utilizes a first linkage member of the first lock to connect a second linkage member of the second lock to allow the first and second locks to co-operate. Hence the first and second doors can be opened or closed simultaneously in the same direction.

LOCK FOR A REBATED DOOR
20190063124 · 2019-02-28 ·

A lock for a door of the rebated type, comprises a containing box body, that is suitable for being housed in a cavity of the door, a latch that is movable between an extracted position and a retracted position in the box body and a driving device that is movable by means of a control handle, along an opening direction to move the latch from the extracted position to the retracted position. The driving device is movable, by a key-locking-member, along a locking direction opposite the opening direction, to reach a disengaged position in which the driving device is not engageable by the control handle so as to prevent driving of the latch. A bolt is provided that is movable, by means of the key-locking-member, from a non-operative position, in which it is retracted into the box body, to an operative position protruding outside the box body. The driving device comprises a locking arrangement shaped for locking the latch in the extracted position, preventing forced movement thereof from the outside to the retracted position, when the driving device is in the disengaged position in which is not engageable by the control handle.

A load carrier and a method for operating the load carrier. The load carrier includes a base, a lid, and a lock arrangement arranged on the base and/or the lid, to lock the lid to the base. The lock arrangement includes at least a first and a second displaceable lock element operable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The first and the second lock elements are arranged to respectively engage with a first and a second lock member arranged on the opposing base or lid when being positioned in the locked position. The lock arrangement further includes an elongated actuation element in working cooperation with the first and the second lock element. An actuator arranged to displace the elongated actuation element from a locked position to a first position and thereby displacing the first and the second lock element from the locked position to the unlocked position.

Multipoint lock

A multipoint lock is described. The multipoint lock includes a main latch. The main latch has a latched position where the main latch is configured to extend a first distance from an unhinged edge of a door panel. The main latch is configured to be retractable toward the unhinged edge of the door panel by rotation of a latch drive hub in each of a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction relative to a first side of the door panel. The multipoint lock also includes at least one auxiliary latch and a deadbolt drive hub. Rotation of the deadbolt drive hub substantially simultaneously actuates the main latch and the at least one auxiliary latch.

IMPROVED DOOR LOCK SYSTEM

A door lock system, an external digital access control assembly and an inner door handle assembly for use on a pivotally mounted door is provided. The door lock system includes: an external digital access control assembly, including a digital access control component and a handle; and a mechanical mortice, mechanically coupled to the external digital access control assembly. The digital access control component is configured to selectively provide access control by mechanically coupling and decoupling the handle to the mechanical mortice.

HIGH SECURITY LOCK FOR DOOR

A high security locking system can be used in a conventional pivot door adapted for use with a latch and deadbolt lock combination. The high security system can be a multi-point lock, received in a recess formed in a locking edge side of a door stile, cooperating with a linkage or other mechanism in a conventional deadbolt/location. The lock can be actuated with a keyed cylinder and thumb turn combination.
