Integrated casement window operator and lock
An integrated casement window operator and lock mechanism including an arm shiftable with a lever handle between a first position of the lever handle wherein the window is closed and the sash is locked to the frame with a hook defined in an arm of the operator and lock mechanism, a second position wherein the hook is disengaged so as to unlock the sash from the frame, and a third position wherein the arm is pivoted outward to move the sash out of the frame, thereby opening the window.
Integrated power window operator
Power window operators and windows incorporating the power window operators are described herein. The power window operators include both a guide pin and guide pin slot, as well as a pivot pin and pivot pin slot to control movement of an operator arm.
NEW PET CAGE DOOR
A pet cage door including a door frame and a door capable of opening and closing relative to the door frame. A locking device is disposed between the door and the door frame and includes a housing disposed on the door. A horizontal locking tongue which is horizontally movable to insert into a horizontal socket in the door frame is disposed in the housing, and a vertical locking bar which is vertically movable to insert into a vertical socket in the door frame is also disposed in the housing. The housing is also provided with a drive mechanism which is matched with the horizontal locking tongue and drives the vertical locking bar to unlock while driving the horizontal locking tongue to unlock.
Multi-stacked-hinge-door pet crate, having ridged slanted urine-storing bed system, platform-locking shock-absorbing gusset systems, diked grooming platform, and triple-rod-front-lock single-knob-top-lock double-magnet-front-lock door system
A multi-stacked-hinge-door pet crate comprises top, bottom, left, right, front, and rear panels attached to one another, multi-function slanted urine-storing bed having built-in gutters and ridges disposed on the bottom panel, a grooming platform, multi-function shock-absorbing gussets covering all the corners of the panels to lock the grooming platform and to absorb shocks and vibrations, and a multi-function door having double hinges thereon to allow door to open and fold, triple locking rods to lock the multi-function door the front panel, a palm knob with palm recesses and palm hills for an arthritic to use without the need for folding his or her fingers, a spring-loaded palm knob to lock the multi-function door against and parallel to the top panel, and double magnets attached to the multi-function door and the front panel, respectively, to stop the multi-function door from swinging.
Entry door latch actuator system
An apparatus has a housing with a release lever and an actuation lever pivotably connected to the housing. A gear is pivotably disposed within the housing and a release rack is adapted to engage the release lever. A pivoting movement of the release lever linearly moves the release rack, which engages and rotates the gear in a first direction. An actuation rack is adapted to engage the actuation lever. A pivoting movement of the actuation lever linearly moves the actuation rack which engages and rotates the gear in a second direction.

A pivoting movement of the release lever linearly moves the release rack, which engages and rotates the gear in a first direction. An actuation rack is adapted to engage the actuation lever. A pivoting movement of the actuation lever linearly moves the actuation rack which engages and rotates the gear in a second direction.
LOCKING BOLT WITH SURFACE-MOUNTED TRANSMISSION
An apparatus has an actuator housing with a transmission side that defines a transmission slot. A slider is disposed in the actuator housing and has first and second ends which define a post receiver. The slider is movable between a first and second position. The post receiver is aligned with the slot when the slider is in the first position and the second position. A lever pivotably connected to the actuator housing is configured to move the slider from the first position to the second position. The transmission has an elongate element with a first and second end which is disposed outside the actuator housing and substantially parallel to and proximate the transmission side. A post extends from the first end and is received in the post receiver. A locking element is disposed proximate the second end of the first elongate element.
Driving device
A driving device including a transmission mechanism, a lever handle, and a locking mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a mounting housing and a movable member. The mounting housing is formed with a sliding groove, and the stopper edges are respectively disposed on the tops of two sidewalls of the sliding groove. The movable member is configured to pass through the sliding groove. The bottom wall of the movable member is provided with a transmission rack. The lever handle includes a handle, a mount, a connection shaft, and a second fastener. An end of the handle is formed with a second mounting groove that is provided with an internal tooth portion. The mount is disposed in the second mounting groove and can be connected to a section bar member. The connection shaft is rotatably disposed in the mount and includes a first external tooth portion and a second external tooth portion.
