Frameless impact door system
10619400 · 2020-04-14 · ·

A glass door construction set in a pre-existing frame includes glass door leaves made of two or more panes of glass, which define a top edge, a bottom edge, and two lateral edges. The top and bottom edges include a top and bottom rail, respectively, to enhance the structural integrity of the glass door leaves. The lateral edges, however, remain free of the typical perimeter framing required on current glass doors to meet the stringent impact standards. The glass door leaves each include handles on either side of the glass leaves that are interconnected to effectively create a structural equivalent of an I-beam. The handles provide the necessary structural rigidity along a vertical extent to meet impact standards.

ADJUSTABLE THRESHOLD ASSEMBLY

A closet unit for a vehicle and a threshold assembly for use with a door are provided. The threshold assembly includes a threshold body that is coupleable to a frame of the closet unit with the threshold body including an opening formed therethrough. The threshold assembly further includes a striker component, in which the striker component includes a plate removably coupleable to the threshold body and a cup coupled to and offset from a center of the plate with the cup positionable through the opening of the threshold body. The threshold assembly further includes a fastener to removably couple the plate of the striker component to the threshold body.

Casement window lock bar

A locking assembly for a casement window including a frame having an elongated surface, comprising a tie bar guide adapted to be mounted on the window frame surface, the tie bar guide having first and second receiving grooves for slideably receiving segments of a tie bar in a tongue and groove manner, and a tie bar adapted to slide axially in a direction parallel to the window frame surface and having a partially curved profile and a cross-section comprising a flat central portion with a first segment comprising a first tongue and a second segment comprising a second tongue, the first and second segments on opposite sides relative to the central portion. The tie bar is slideably received in the tie bar guide such that the tie bar first tongue is received in the tie bar guide first receiving groove and the tie bar second tongue is received in the tie bar guide second receiving groove, to permit the position of the tie bar to be adjusted with respect to the tie bar guide in the longitudinal direction while preventing movement of the tie bar in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. One of the tie bar and tie bar guide has an opening in an exterior surface thereof and the other has a projection extending in a direction of the opening, wherein when the tie bar is slideably received within the tie bar guide, the projection and opening act as a detent to maintain the tie bar guide in a desired position.

DOOR LOCKING MECHANISM

A locking system for an enclosure, including a control bracket mounted to a door of the enclosure and configured to slide in a longitudinal direction along a guide rod running through a pin bracket of the control bracket. The control bracket further includes a latching pin to secure the door of the enclosure. A handle mechanism has a push rod that causes the control bracket to slide along the longitudinal direction, also causing the latching pin to move into a position that secures the door.

Slam latch for tool box

A slam type locking mechanism is described. The locking mechanism allows a storage container with the locking mechanism to be slammed shut in a single motion. The operator may slam the lid or door to the container using a single hand that is only pressing or pushing the lid or door closed. The slam type locking mechanism includes a lock having a lock housing, a handle, and a spring loading mechanism. The handle is rotatably engaged to the spring loading mechanism. The rods are in a rotational engagement with the lock, wherein the rods have an offset that interacts with a striker on the container or lid in a locking relationship.

HANDLE HAVING AIRTIGHTNESS FUNCTION USED FOR CASING OF NEGATIVE PRESSURE TYPE DUST COLLECTOR
20190194986 · 2019-06-27 ·

A handle having an airtightness function used for a casing of a negative pressure type dust collector is provided. Two pivot seats are fixed to a door of the casing and vertically aligned with each other. A rotating shaft is pivotally connected to the pivot seats. Two ends of the rotating shaft are provided with eccentric blocks, respectively. Two engaging blocks are located close to the outer periphery of the door and vertically aligned with each other. The eccentric blocks are engaged with the engaging blocks to exert a force to the door so that the door is closely attached to the casing, thereby enhancing the airtight effect of the casing and preventing the door from being deformed due to backwash and preventing the dust from flowing out through the gap between the door and the casing to cause secondary environmental pollution.

Door lock device

A door lock device is provided and includes: a lock assembly having a first lock structure and a second lock structure; an acting assembly interlocked with the first lock structure and the second lock structure; and an operation assembly interlocked with the acting assembly so as to unlock the first lock structure and the second lock structure synchronously. Therefore, when the lock assembly is in the form of top and bottom locks, the top and bottom locks can be unlocked at the same time, so as to allow an escape door to be opened quickly, thereby facilitating emergency escape.
