UNLOCKING AND LOCKING METHOD OF CABINET LOCK AND CABINET SAFETY LOCK
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to an unlocking and locking method of a cabinet lock and a cabinet safety lock. During unlocking, a lock rod is displaced relative to a locking assembly to release the locking of the lock rod, and a first lock rod is rotated to an unlocked position. During locking, the first lock rod is rotated to a locked position and the locking assembly is engaged with the lock rod to lock the second lock rod. The method and the cabinet safety lock have a novel operating mode, have a firm structure, are convenient to use, and can effectively avoid unauthorized operation by children.
VEHICULAR DOOR DEVICE
A vehicular door device includes an inclinable lever provided at an open-side end portion of a door opening being opened and closed by a door, based on an operation of a link mechanism formed of first and second link arms, a biasing member that biases the inclinable lever and holds the inclinable lever in an erect state, and a check mechanism that engages with the inclinable lever in the erect state by movement of the door to a full opened position, and holds the door at the full opened position. The first link arm is provided at a position close to the open-side end portion of the door opening by an opening operation of the door, and the check mechanism is provided integrally with the first link arm. Then, the inclinable lever is stored in a clearance between the door and the open-side end portion of the door opening.
Portable door lock
Portable door locks are disclosed. One of the portable door locks includes i) a non-destructively removable door mount securable to a vertical door edge, ii) a deflection arm extending longitudinally from a distal arm end to a proximal arm end, and iii) a door frame engagement latch connected to the deflection arm proximate the distal arm end. The proximal arm end is connected to the door mount. The deflection arm is rotatable relative to the door mount between at least a biased position and a deflected position. The door frame engagement latch is movable relative to the deflection arm between at least a door frame latching position and a door frame gliding position. The door frame engagement latch is biased toward the door frame latching position.
Door hinge limiter for automotive vehicle
Disclosed is a door hinge limiting assembly for a motor vehicle comprising a pillar bracket, a door bracket, and a flexible check strap. The pillar bracket is configured to fit on the aft-side and interior-side of the door pillar and to complement the pillar's nonplanar profile. Rather than being secured to the door pillar, the pillar bracket is secured to the forward wall in the footwell region, with the aforesaid configuration producing an interference fit with the door pillar. The strap may be comprised of nylon webbing or similar material, and in some embodiments may comprise an elastic strap to promote convenient folding.

DEVICE FOR HOLDING THE TRUNK LID OF A VEHICLE IN AN OPEN POSITION
A device for holding the trunk lid of a vehicle in an open position, includes an elongated telescopic member adapted to be adjusted in length, a locking system for holding the elongated member in a selected position, and first and second holding mechanisms provided at opposed ends of the elongated member. The first and second holding mechanisms are adapted to be attached to a lower closed loop provided on the trunk sill and to an upper latching mechanism provided on the inside of the trunk lid of the vehicle.
Vehicle door clip assembly and method for painting a vehicle using the same
A door clip assembly that utilizes both reusable and disposable components, thereby minimizing material waste and providing significant cost savings. The bulk of the door clip assembly is manufactured from a reusable metal or plastic material that is resistant to both heat and chemicals so that it can be periodically paint stripped and/or cleaned and reused. Only the tip of the door clip assembly is manufactured from a disposable plastic or rubber material that is inexpensive so that it can be discarded, and that can safely contact an exposed surface and/or finish of a vehicle without damaging it. The door clip assembly is easy to install/remove and does not require a driver tool.
Power swing door actuator with integrated door check mechanism
A power swing door actuator for moving a passenger swing door relative to a body portion of a motor vehicle. The power swing door actuator includes a housing rigidly fixed to the swing door, a motor mounted to the housing, a connector link having a first end pivotably coupled to the vehicle body portion and a second end pivotably coupled to a drive nut of a spindle drive mechanism. A leadscrew of the spindle drive mechanism is rotatably driven by the motor for causing relative translational movement between the drive nut and the leadscrew which, in turn, results in pivoting movement of the connector link while the vehicle door swings between open and closed positions in response to selective actuation of the motor. The power swing door actuator is further equipped with an integrated door check mechanism.

Vehicle hood prop member and related method
A hood prop member for a vehicle is provided having a support rod that has a first end configured to attach proximate a firewall of the vehicle, and a second end configured to couple proximate to a body panel of the vehicle. A prop rod having a connection end and a pivoting end is provided. The pivoting end is pivotingly attached proximate an end of the support rod. A hood attachment bracket is configured to attach to a hood of the vehicle. A storage connection point is attached to the support rod proximate an end opposite an end to which the pivoting end of the prop rod is proximately coupled. The connection end is attachable to the storage connection point in a hood-down position. The connection end is also attachable to the hood attachment bracket and configured to maintain the hood of the vehicle in a hood-raised position.
