Door assistant
A door assistant includes a generally wedge-shaped portion and a handle. The wedge-shaped portion includes a surface defined between a first lower end and a second higher end. The handle includes a generally vertically extending portion and a grasping portion. The handle operates between a first orientation in which the grasping portion is aligned with the wedge shaped portion, and a second orientation in which the grasping portion is aligned with a surface of a door when the door assistant is in use. The handle places the wedge-shaped portion in a desired position relative to a lower edge of a door by a user. The door assistant further includes a foot pad extending rearwardly from the wedge-shaped portion, and has a surface sloping downward from the second higher end to the first lower end.

Sliding door foot bolt
A lock kit for a fenestration assembly includes a panel stop. The fenestration assembly includes a first panel and a second panel, at least one of the first and second panels being slideable relative the other of the first and second panels. The panel stop is configured to pivotably mount within a recess of a frame member of the first panel and pivot between a first stop position configured to maintain the first and second panels in a fully closed position, a second stop position configured to limit sliding of the first and second panels beyond a preset partially-open position, and a third position substantially within the recess, the third position being configured to not restrict a range of motion of the first and second panels.
Device for opening and closing the engine hood of a construction machine
An apparatus for opening and closing an engine hood for a construction machine is disclosed that can open an engine hood at an angle desired by an operator. The apparatus for opening and closing an engine hood includes a frame having one side fixed to an upper swing structure and the other side fixed to a cowl frame, a guide rail having a guide groove formed in a length direction and a plurality of seat portions formed to be cut so as to communicate in a downward direction with respect to the guide groove and maintaining an opening angle that is set to open the engine hood in multiple stages, and a stay rod having a free end slidably formed along the guide rail and a fixed end rotatably fixed to the engine hood.
Door security device
A device for restricting movement of a door includes a door member, a floor member, and a connecting member. The door member is fixedly mounted to a door and includes a first opening having a first predetermined shape. The floor member is fixedly mounted to a floor and includes a second opening having a second predetermined shape. The connecting member includes a first leg and a second leg. The first leg extends in a first direction and has a first end removeably engaging the first opening. The second leg extends in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and has a second end removeably engaging the second opening simultaneously when the first end removeably engages the first opening thereby preventing rotation of the door.
Device to slow or stop a door from opening
A device for slowing or stopping a door from opening or moving may include a base designed to be attached to the door, the base including a magnet mounted thereto; and a spring loaded blade hingeably attached to a bottom portion of the base, the spring loaded blade having a proximal flat end and a distal pointed end, wherein the blade is configured to pivot from a first closed orientation to a second deployed configuration. When the blade is in the first closed orientation the blade is engaged with the magnet on the base, and when the blade is in the second deployed configuration, the blade is disengaged from the magnet and the distal pointed end is pointing at an angle downward from the base.

TWO-WAY LOCKING DOOR STOP AND METHOD FOR TWO-WAY LOCKING OF DOOR LEAF
The invention discloses a two-way locking door stop and a method for two-way locking of a door leaf. The two-way locking door stop includes a base, a lock body and a first locking assembly, the base includes a base main body and a telescopic member, and a first surface and a second surface are respectively provided on the base main body and the telescopic member, the lock body is pivoted to the base to rotationally switch between a first state and a second state, and the first locking assembly locks rotation of the lock body in the first state to achieve two-way locking of the door leaf.
Door mounted door position maintaining device
This invention is directed to a door mounted door position maintaining device with an adhesive strip for mounting on a door surface. The doorstop has a hollow body for containment of the operational parts, namely the shaft, which travels along a vertical axis and provides a way of stopping and holding the door or releasing the door from its held position. The handle used for activation or deactivation is located at one end of the shaft proximal to the top and the gripping friction foot is located at the furthest most point from the top or at the bottom. The foot uses friction when in contact with the floor to hold the door in place. A spring is utilized for additional stopping force in order to compensate for the lack of leverage due to the straight up and down orientation of the shaft. Weights may also be utilized.
ADHESIVE DOOR STOPPER INSTALLATION SYSTEM
Provided is an adhesive door stopper installation system for the boltless installation of a door stopper, which supports a door open state by means of a support bar that is hinge-coupled to a fixing bracket and pivots, on a door. The adhesive door stopper installation system includes, as main components, an adhesive plate, a gap-maintaining piece, an inner compartment, a fastening pipe, a temporary assembly module, and a buffer pad, wherein an elastic piece and a quadrangular hole are fitted to improve the structure of the fixing bracket so that the gap-maintaining piece can be temporarily assembled, thus making it possible for anyone to easily install the door stopper at the correct position, and the buffer pad can come into local contact with the edge of the fixing bracket via the gap-maintaining piece to flexibly absorb the repetitive impact load generated during the folding operation of the door stopper.
