Motor vehicle lock
The invention relates to a motor vehicle lock comprising a locking mechanism provided with a rotary latch and at least one pawl, a rotary movement of the rotary latch can be blocked by means of the pawl, a drive device by means of which the pawl can be transferred from the locked position into a release position for the locking mechanism, and an adjusting device (9). A motor vehicle part (4) accommodating the vehicle lock can be moved from the closed position into an open position by means of the adjusting device (9). Said adjusting device (9) maintains the motor vehicle part (4) in the open position such that the motor vehicle part (4) can be prevented from opening automatically from the open position.

Door stopper and holder device
A door stopper and holder device for a door and having a distal part for anchoring to a structure adjacent the door when in a door open position, and a proximal part movably mounting onto the distal part. The proximal part is movable between an operating configuration, in either stopper mode or holder mode with the proximal part either being in abutment with the door or capturing the door therewith in the door open position, respectively, and a switching configuration in which the proximal part allows the door to be moved relative to the device which switches between the stopper and holder modes of the operating configuration. A device axis is generally perpendicular to a door plane when the door is in the door open position.

Window opening limit devices and method of use
A method of operating a window having a sash and a window opening limit device includes moving the sash from a closed position to a limited position. When in the limited position, the window opening limit device is in a projected position, and the sash is engaged with the window opening limit device. Moving the window opening limit device to a retracted position disengages the sash and the window opening limit device. The sash may then be moved from the limited position to an open range. When the sash is returned to the closed position, the window opening limit device automatically returns to the projected position, and the sash is disengaged with the window opening limit device.

HOT MELT SAFETY DOOR HOLDER DEVICE
A hot melt safety door holder device includes: a first fixing part on one side of swing end of swing door sheet; a holder with a transverse through hole and the outer hole end faces towards the first fixing part; a second fixing part in the transverse through hole, the first radial end faces towards the outer hole end of transverse through hole, the second radial end faces towards the inner hole end; a conically cylindrical space, formed between the periphery of the second fixing part and the transverse through hole, and the inside and outside diameters of the end between the transverse through hole and the second fixing part corresponding to the space tapering end of conically cylindrical space are fitted with each other. The shape of the low-melting metal material filled in the conically cylindrical space matches the shape of conically cylindrical space, resulting in equal wall thickness.
Silent door stop and catch
One example of the present disclosure includes a system having a catch configured to attach to a door or a wall. The catch can include a base, an elongated member extending outwardly from the base and defining a chamber therein, and a resilient member having (i) a first end positioned in the chamber and (ii) a second end. The resilient member can define an inner diameter that is larger at the second end of the resilient member than at the first end of the resilient member. The system can also include a door stop configured to couple to the other of the door or the wall. The door stop can include an end member extending therefrom and being receivable within the inner diameter of the resilient member of the base.
