Door prop
A door prop includes a rectangular wedge secured horizontally by a first elastic cord in a horizontal position adjacent the door frame upon a door when the door is open. A second elastic cord enables a user to move the wedge away from propping the door when the door is desired to be closed.
Outward swinging door barricade
The emergency egress apparatus includes a protuberance mated to a first portion of the door barricade and a keeper mated to a second portion of the door barricade. A retainer is selectively disposed between one of two positions. A first position defines the placement of the retainer that establishes an interference fit between the protuberance and the keeper. A second position defines the placement of the retainer such that it is not in contact with the protuberance or the keeper. The first position secures the first portion of the door barricaded with respect to the second portion of the door barricade, and the second position decouples the first portion of the door barricade with respect to the second portion of the door barricade.

Door stop
A door stop is insertable between a stationery door frame and a movable door for maintaining the door in an open position. The door stop has a body that includes a base portion, a handle portion, an attachment member, and a tether. The base portion is configured for insertion between the door frame and the movable member. The handle portion is coupled to the base portion. The attachment member is configured for being attached to one of a wall, the door frame and door. The tether is provided with a first end that is coupled to the attachment member, and a second end that is coupled to the body. The insertion of the base member between the door frame and door, and the engagement of the base member with the door frame and door maintains the door in an open position.

Door stop
A door stop that includes a planar base having a proximal end portion and an opposing distal end portion with a longitudinal axis spanning therebetween, further included in the door stop is a flexible cantilever arm having a primary end portion and an opposing secondary end portion with a lengthwise axis spanning therebetween, wherein the primary end portion is flexibly affixed to the proximal end portion with the secondary end portion being a free cantilever end, wherein the longitudinal and lengthwise axes form a first acute angle to one another. Also included in the door stop is an extension element extending from the distal end portion in a substantially perpendicular manner toward the cantilever end, wherein operationally the proximal end portion is pushed under a door thereby reducing the first acute angle until the extension element contacts the door to frictionally hold a door in a selected position.

Door prop device
A door prop device that can be utilized to maintain a door in an open position is described. The door prop has a triangular shaped body with angled sidewalls that extend from a base. A projection extends from the angled sidewalls in a direction away from the base. A passageway extends through the projection. A member is rotatably positioned in the passageway with a first portion of the member extending from the passageway. The first portion has first and second concave surfaces. The first and second concave surfaces are disposed for engaging a hinge pin on a hinge for a door.
