Door mounting unit for vehicle
An embodiment door mounting unit for a vehicle includes a body hinge shaft and first mounting portions disposed at both ends of the body hinge shaft, wherein the body hinge shaft is configured to be elongated in a door opening of a vehicle body along a pillar in a height direction of the vehicle body and is configured to be mounted on the vehicle body by the first mounting portions.
Stake post with locking hinge
A stake post having a locking hinge that enables selective movement of a gate unit between a first position in which the gate unit forms a portion of a retaining wall in cooperation with other gate units, and a second position in which the gate unit is removed from alignment with one or more adjacent gate units to thereby provide an opening through a retaining wall otherwise formed by the stake post when in the first position.
Manufacturing method of vehicle door hinge and vehicle
A vehicle door hinge that has a desorption function while enabling weight reduction and increasing production efficiency. The vehicle door hinge comprises a base member (2U) fixed to the door-side of the vehicle, a base member (3U) fixed to the vehicle body side; a hinge shaft (4U) rotatably connects the base members (2U, 3U) to each other; a screwed body (5U) that is detachably screwed in the axial direction to the hinge shaft (4U) so that the base member (3U) and the hinge shaft (4U) rotate integrally; bushes (6U, 7U) fitted into a shaft holes (22U) of the base member (2U) so that the base member (2U) and the hinge shaft can rotate relative to each other; and a retaining portion (8U) for preventing the hinge shaft (4U) from coming off from the shaft hole (22U) of the base member. The base members (2U, 3U) are cast from aluminum alloy.
VEHICLE HINGE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A HINGE HALF FOR A VEHICLE HINGE
A vehicle hinge, in particular for use for pivotable vehicle hinged closure elements, includes a first hinge half (2) having at least one first hinge half part (3); a second hinge half (10); and a hinge pin (18), which connects the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10) in an articulated manner. The hinge pin (18) is mounted in an articulated manner in one of the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10) and can be fastened in a rotational fixed manner to the other of the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10). A retaining ring (21) penetrated by a retaining portion of the hinge pin (18) is arranged between the first hinge half (2) and the second hinge half (10). The retaining ring (21) is fastened, by a central hole, on the retaining portion of the hinge pin (18) by a press fit.
AUTOMOTIVE LIFT-OFF HINGE WITH INTEGRATED DOOR CHECK
An automotive lift-off hinge joint to rotationally connect an automotive door and body comprises first and second door side hinge brackets and a body side hinge bracket. A detent shaft is provided with an interiorly threaded intermediate portion adapted to receive a removable threaded fastener and with a shaped detent shaft feature adapted to engage a similarly shaped pyramidal portion of a guide pin fastened to the body side hinge bracket. The detent shaft is rotationally mounted within a cylindrical check mechanism and secured in relation to the first and second door side hinge brackets. Bushings in door side hinge bracket apertures allow rotation of portions of the detent shaft extending through the apertures. The pyramidal shaped portions are preferably square.
DOOR HINGE MOUNT OF SIDE OUTER PANEL FOR VEHICLE
A door hinge mount of a side external panel for a vehicle, may provide the door hinge mount, capable of being formed of a material, requiring low initial investment expenses, and securing the same level of rigidity as in the case where a steel material is used.
Locking hinge apparatus for aircraft doors
Locking hinge apparatus for aircraft doors are disclosed. An example locking hinge apparatus includes a hinge base to couple to a frame of an aircraft. A hinge gooseneck is to pivotally couple a door to the hinge base. The hinge gooseneck is to allow the door to move between a closed position and an open position relative to the frame. A lever is pivotally coupled to the hinge base. The lever is to pivot relative to the hinge base between a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction. The lever includes a lock to engage a portion of the hinge gooseneck to prevent rotational movement of the door relative to the frame when the door is in the open position. A biasing element is to urge the lever in the first rotational direction.
Hinge assembly
A hinge assembly is designed to reduce the number of details in the hinge assembly and to simplify the construction of the hinge assembly. The hinge assembly includes an arm having a length with a pivot post on a first end of the arm and an arm lock on an opposite second end of the arm. An internally screw threaded hole extends through the arm block. The plate is attached to the second end of the arm. The plate has a plate surface configured for attachment to a ceiling panel and an opposite adjustment surface. A ridge extends across the adjustment surface and a slot extends through the ridge. The arm block is positioned adjacent the ridge with the internally screw threaded hole of the arm block aligned with the slot through the ridge. An externally screw threaded rod extends through the slot and is screw threaded into the internally screw threaded hole through the arm block. The externally screw threaded rod is turned in opposite directions to alternatively lock the arm to the plate, and release the arm from the plate for adjustable positioning of the plate relative to the arm.
Door hinge mechanism for a vehicle
The present disclosure is directed to a door hinge mechanism for a vehicle. The door hinge mechanism may include a door configured to open and close relative to the frame, and a hinge secured to an interior of the door and an exterior of the frame. The hinge may be configured to open the door by sliding the door away from the frame and pivoting the door relative to the frame.
ROOF HINGE COVER ATTACHMENT STRATEGIES
Mounting strategies for locating and securing roof hinge covers to vehicle roofs. An exemplary roof hinge cover may be mounted relative to a roof component (e.g., roof panel, body side panel, bracket, etc.). A locator may be received through the roof hinge cover and into a locating hole of the roof component. One or more clips that are connected to the roof hinge cover may be received within locating openings of a bracket. The bracket supports at least a portion of the roof hinge cover.
