Bracket System for Retrofit of a Drop Shield to a Food Guard
A bracket system that allows a drop shield to be added to a prior art main viewing panel of a food guard. For instance, an existing food guard system can be modified to include a drop shield without having to make a permanent modification, or replacement, in order to close off “reach in” access to food stored beneath the food guard system. The system also reduces or eliminates any gap beneath the main viewing panel of the food guard and the upper edge of the drop shield.
PATCH FITTING COVERPLATE
A patch fitting coverplate or cap for a patch fitting that extends a pivot point centerline of the patch fitting. The patch fitting coverplate may be constructed as a retrofit cover to integrate a patch fitting of one standard pivot point centerline to a door pane of another standard pivot point centerline. A patch fitting assembly including the patch fitting coverplate and patch fitting may also include buffers to fill in the interior portion between the extended patch fitting coverplate and the patch fitting. The patch fitting may be tapered at an edge close to the pivot axis of the door pane for smooth actuation of the door pane.
Hidden Shower Door With Low-Rail Sliding Assembly
Disclosed is a hidden shower door with a low-rail sliding assembly, including an upper rail assembly (10), a movable door assembly (20), a vertical frame assembly (30), and a bottom guide part (40), wherein the upper rail assembly (10) includes an upper rail (1010), a damping trigger (1020), and sliding assemblies (1030), and the sliding assemblies (1030) each are mounted in the upper rail (1010); the sliding assemblies (1030) each include pulleys (10311), pulley brackets (1060), adjusting screws (10312), a damper (1050), and a damper bracket (1040); the pulleys (10311) are mounted on the pulley brackets (1060). The two pulley brackets (1060) are connected and fixed to two ends of the damper bracket (1040) respectively, and the damper (1050) is mounted in a damper accommodating groove (1041) of the damper bracket (1040); the upper rail (1010) is provided with a first bottom plate (1011).
SHOWER DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY
A hinge assembly includes a first hinged body, a pivot pin assembly, and a second hinged body. The first hinged body includes a channel. The pivot pin assembly includes a pin body configured to slideably engage the channel. The pivot pin assembly may be translated within the channel and adjustably secured along the channel. The pin body includes a downwardly extending pin. The second hinged body comprises a pin aperture configured to cooperatively receive the pin. The first hinged body and the second hinged body are configured to hingedly pivot along a hinge axis defined by the pin when the pin is received in the pin aperture. The pin body may include a pin body aperture configured to receive an alignment fastener such that the pin body may be tilt adjusted relative to the first hinged body.
Hinge
A hinge including: a first leaf assembly accommodating a portion of a first panel having a first cut-out section, the first leaf assembly including a first insert component which is tight fittingly receivable within the first cut-out section; a second leaf assembly, hingedly coupled to the first leaf assembly, for accommodating a portion of a second panel having a second cut-out section; one or more biasing components to bias the hinge toward a closed position; and a dampener to slow movement of the first and second leaf assemblies to the closed position, a first portion of the dampener is located within the first insert component and a second portion is configured to at least partially retract within the first insert component when coming into contact with the second leaf assembly during movement, a second portion of the dampener extends and retracts along an axis coplanar with the first panel.
Hinge
An object is to provide a hinge which can attach a supporting part for supporting rotatably a holder part easily to the holder part holding the door. A hinge comprises a holder part for holding a door (front-side body receiving a left-and-right adjustment segment and back-side body), a supporting part for supporting rotatably the holder part (resin bush inserted in a rotation shaft), and a connection part (resin catcher) for connecting the holder part to the supporting part, and the resin catcher comprises an attachment part (recesses) for attaching to the holder part and a pawl for gripping elastically the supporting part.
COMPACT SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM WITH SOFT-CLOSE AND LOCKING FUNCTIONALITY
A sliding door includes a door panel that has a first face, a second face that is opposite to the first face, and a top edge that defines first and second raised portions of the door panel and an open space that extends between the first and second raised portions. The sliding door includes a plurality of rollers affixed to the door panel by first and second mounting assemblies. Each of the plurality of rollers has an axis of rotation that is normal to the first face of the door panel. The sliding door includes a soft-close assembly secured to the first and second mounting assemblies at opposing ends thereof, such that the soft-close assembly is positioned within the open space between the first raised portion of the door panel and the second raised portion of the door panel.
HINGE
A hinge including: a first leaf assembly accommodating a portion of a first panel having a first cut-out section, the first leaf assembly including a first insert component which is tight fittingly receivable within the first cut-out section; a second leaf assembly, hingedly coupled to the first leaf assembly, for accommodating a portion of a second panel having a second cut-out section; a spring operatively coupled to the first and second leaf assemblies to bias the hinge to move from an open position to a closed position; and a dampener to dampen movement of the hinge from the open position to the closed position, wherein said longitudinal dampener axis is disposed between and substantially parallel with planes defined by respective opposing faces of the first panel.
