A pivotal door assembly includes a door post and a door panel attached to the post via a hinge assembly. The hinge assembly includes a first partial hinge loop extending from the first hinge plate and partially around the door post, and a second partial hinge loop extending from the second hinge plate and partially around the door post. The first partial hinge loop and the second partial hinge loop together provide a clamping of the hinge assembly onto the door post. The first partial hinge loop and the second partial hinge loop slide circumferentially about the door post during pivotal movement of the door panel, and the door panel is pivotal by at least a circumferential amount that is sufficient to expose all hinge-aligned surface portions of the door post for cleaning during pivot. The hinge assembly may include a third partial hinge loop as well.

The barrels have a hole placed through such that the barrels can accept a pin. A pin is placed through the barrels such that the bottom plate and top plate are rotatably connected together. The pin allows the adjustable door hinge to rotate and align a door in a doorjamb. A set screw is attached to a barrel such that the pin is held in the correct position and the hinges stay properly aligned.

The hub and the rotatable member are simultaneously additively manufactured as distinct, but inseparable monolithic components.

A hinge (FIG. 1) with an adjustable built-in door stop mechanism. The hinge contains two leaves and a hinge pin. The first leaf with three knuckles has various receptacles (4) on both the upper and lower knuckles (3) to ensure the door stop works with both right and left-handed doors. The hinge also contains a standard hinge pin (5) that includes a flag (6) immediately at the base of the pin head. The hinge is designed to stop when the pin flag (6) is inserted into one of the pin flag receptacles (4) limiting the swing range of motion of the hinge. The second leaf (2) will rotate until making contact with the pin flag (6) and the top knuckle (3), stopping the hinge from rotating any further. The appropriate pin flag receptacle (4) selected is based on the required swing of the hinge.
