Double door gate apparatus
The present double door gate apparatus has a first lowermost frame member with a first inner end and a second lowermost frame member with a second inner end. The first and second inner ends are spaced apart and engaged by a first connector that engages exterior portions of the inner ends and a second connector that engages interior portions of the inner ends. First and second gates have inner ends that confront each other more closely than the inner ends of the lowermost frame members confront each other.
HINGE FOR AN ITEM OF FURNITURE
The invention relates to a hinge for an item of furniture, comprising a first and a second hinge part (100, 200) that are pivotably interconnected by means of a hinged connection, the second hinge part (200) carrying or comprising a mounting element (300), the mounting element (300) comprising at least one guide assembly comprising at least one guide (405) that extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the mounting element (300),
the mounting element (300) being connected to a retaining part (400) when in the mounting position, and the guide assembly acting between the mounting element (300) and the retaining part (400), by means of which guide assembly the mounting element (300) can be moved into a mounting position in a manner guided in the guide direction. A significant improvement in the ease of mounting is achieved in a hinge of this kind if the guide assembly comprises a first centering guide (406), by means of which the mounting element (300) is aligned in a first mounting direction when adjusted in the guide direction (L).
FURNITURE FITTING
A furniture fitting includes a first fitting portion to be fixed to a furniture carcass, and a second fitting portion to be fixed to a movable furniture part and hingedly or releasably connected to the first fitting portion. The first fitting portion includes a mounting body for fixing to the furniture carcass, and a carrier configured to adjust a position of the carrier relative to the mounting body. An actuating arm is pivotally arranged on the carrier, and a spring device applies a force to the actuating arm. An adjustment device with three operating elements is provided, and a position of the carrier relative to the mounting body can be adjusted by the operating elements. The mounting body includes a fastening side for fixing the mounting body to a furniture panel. Each of the operating elements is configured to be actuated from the front side of the mounting body.
Adjustable vehicle hinge assembly
A hinge assembly for a vehicle closure panel includes a body mounting member configured to mount the hinge assembly to a vehicle body, a closure panel mounting member configured to mount the hinge assembly to the vehicle closure panel and a hinge connecting arm pivotally connected by a first pivotal connection at a first end to the body mounting member and pivotally connected by a second pivotal connection at a second end to the closure panel mounting member. A first fastening member is movably received by the closure panel mounting member. A first stop member limits movement of the first fastening member in a first direction toward the closure panel mounting member. A second stop member limits movement of the first fastening member in a second direction away from the closure panel mounting member.
Adjustable hinge assembly
An adjustable hinge assembly (10) for securing a boot lid to the body of a vehicle has a mounting member (22) for attachment to the body. An adjustment member (24) is connected to the mounting member for pivotal movement about a first axis X and a hinge arm (18) on which the boot lid is mounted is connected to the adjustment member for pivotal movement about a second axis Y parallel to but spaced from the first axis. An adjusting mechanism (26) is operative to selectively adjust the pivotal position of the adjustment member (24) relative to the mounting member (22) in order to adjust the position of the boot lid relative to a body in a vertical direction.
Multi-piece top cap for a geared continuous hinge
A multi-piece hinge cap covers an upper surface of an installed geared continuous hinge to provide ligature resistance with a door supported by the installed geared continuous hinge in a closed position. The multi-piece hinge cap has a frame cap that attaches at a vertical member of a door frame above a frame leaf of the installed geared continuous hinge. Also, the multi-piece hinge cap has a door cap that attaches at the door adjacent to the frame cap and above a door leaf of the installed geared continuous hinge. The frame and door caps each include an upper surface having a downward sloping angle that slopes downward from the door frame and the door, respectively, and extends over the exposed upper surface of the installed geared continuous hinge.
HINGE
A hinge, in particular a multi-joint hinge, has a mounting plate fixable on a body or a door and a side part, which is held on the mounting plate and on which a hinge part is pivotably mounted, wherein the side part is displaceable on the mounting plate in a longitudinal direction via a depth adjustment unit and the side part is pivotable in relation to the mounting plate by a vertical adjustment unit.
FURNITURE HINGE
A furniture hinge includes a first fitting portion and a second fitting portion, the second fitting portion being pivotally connected to the first fitting portion by a hinge axis member. At least one of the fitting portions includes a base plate to be fixed to a furniture part, and an adjusting plate coupled to the hinge axis member, the adjusting plate being displaceably arranged on the base plate. A preferably pivotally mounted adjustment element can adjust a position of the adjusting plate relative to the base plate along a linear guide to adjust a position of the first fitting portion relative to the second fitting portion. A gap is formed between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion in at least one relative position of the furniture hinge, and the adjustment element can be actuated by introducing a tool into the gap.
Multi panel components
A panel carriage hanger designed to travel slidable along a track, the panel carriage hanger having a cylindrical bore in a body, the bore having a lip substantially at a first end, the lip having a plurality of castellations. An anti-rotating sleeve having a plurality of castellations is located in the bore, and a biasing mechanism provides a substantially downwards force to the anti-rotating sleeve to mate the castellations. The anti-rotating sleeve movable substantially upwards from a first position in the bore where the castellations of the anti-rotating sleeve and the castellations of the bore mate such that the anti-rotating sleeve cannot rotate into a second position in the bore where the anti-rotating sleeve can rotate. A rod passing through and keyed to the anti-rotating sleeve such that the rod and the anti-rotating sleeve can rotate together, or both cannot rotate.
