High-speed sectional door
A high-speed sectional overhead door covers a door opening with panels stacked in a single plane and lifted from the bottom-most panel. As panels are lifted, each rolls in its own individual track. As the panels move into the head area, they run through curved tracks and are nested there. The stored panels stacked horizontally one atop another with the door open. This design utilizes a dedicated panel-track pairing as well as a unique hook/cam device which allows for the upper panel to be both locked in the closed position and pushed away for separation and storage in the open position. The design also provides a sectional door with low headroom clearance, high speed closing/opening and a multitude of panel heights without hinges joining the adjacent panels
SELF-ALIGNING DOOR BOGIE
A door roller includes a carriage member comprising a plurality of bores, and a plurality of roller assemblies connected to the carriage member, each roller assembly of the plurality of roller assemblies including a pivot bearing rotatably disposed within a bore of the plurality of bores and a pair of rollers coupled to the pivot bearing. Each wheel assembly is configured to pivot relative to the carriage member.
AUTOMATIC DISENGAGING LINKAGE SYSTEM AND METHOD
An automatic disengaging linkage system including a housing operably connectable to a garage door trolley and a garage door arm. The housing can define a main bore configured to receive a portion of the garage door arm. A ball can be receivable in a ball bore defined in the housing. A biasing member can be configured to force the ball in engagement with the garage door arm or an arm pin associated with the garage door arm. The ball or the biasing member can be configured to disengage with the garage door arm with the housing when a predetermined pulling force is applied to the housing. The garage door arm can automatically be disengaged with the housing upon encounter a sufficient pulling force that retracts the ball into its ball bore thereby allowing the garage door arm to move freely out from the main bore.
SPRING-LOADED SASH GUIDE
A sash includes a stile, the stile defining a first flange and a second flange, a locking slot defined extending through the first flange; and a sash guide, the sash guide defining a first guide leg and a second guide leg, the first guide leg defining a locking tab, the locking tab extending through the locking slot.
Sliding window mechanism III
A driving mechanism for sliding a windowed frame guided by an outer frame. The sliding frame is attached to two vertical racks which engage with two pinions. The pinions are connected with a joint axle driven by a couple of engaged bevel gearwheels connected to a crank or to an electric motor. The joint axle with the pinions can be housed in a recess carved at the lower plank of a static window's frame. A compact motorized option in which each pinion is coupled with a gearbox and both gearboxes are driven by a central electric motor also can be housed entirely in the static window's recess. The motorized options also include: a control unit for controlling the direction and speed of the sliding, two limit switches for stopping the frame at highest and lowest positions, an electrical overload sensor which detects sudden sliding obstructions and a burglar alarm.
Electric door opener for multi-door trailer
A merchandise container comprises a body having a longitudinal axis, which comprises a floor, a roof and a side wall, each comprising an exterior face and an interior face, and a plurality of bays in the side walls. A plurality of bay doors adapted to controllably closing the bays. A door opening system comprising a plurality of door axles each driving individually one of the plurality of bay doors between a closed position and an open position; an intermediate axle in driving arrangement with the plurality of door axles; and a motor connected in driving arrangement with the intermediate axle comprising a driving axle controls the position of the bay doors by driving the intermediate axle which in turn drives the plurality of door axles to move the plurality of bay doors between the closed position to the open position.
Window regulator
A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window of a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, and an ascending-side cable that pulls the carrier plate in the ascending direction and a descending-side cable that pulls the carrier plate in the descending direction. The carrier plate includes an ascending-side spring housing hole, a descending-side spring housing hole and a holding hole, the ascending-side spring housing hole housing an end of the ascending-side cable and an ascending-side spring, the descending-side spring housing hole housing an end of the descending-side cable and a descending-side spring. The holding hole and the descending-side spring housing hole are aligned in a vertical direction. A portion of the holding hole overlaps the descending-side spring housing hole in a vehicle longitudinal direction.
Automotive door module for window regulator
A vehicle door assembly includes a door module and a door panel. The door module has a back plate with a periphery bearing attachment orifices defining a base plane. At least one guide rail extends in a rail direction in a rail plane offset from the base plane and has a connected edge and a free edge. The connected edge is attached to the back plate, and the free edge is shaped for slidably attaching a carrier plate for a window. The guide rail vertically protrudes beyond the periphery of the back platen. A void in the rail plane intersects a trajectory of the connected edge. The void provides access through the rail plane to the periphery of the back plate, wherein an attachment orifice is disposed in the void. The door panel has a central hole and attachment openings aligned with the attachment orifices of the door module.
Trailer cleanout portal assembly
A trailer cleanout portal assembly includes an inner bracket attached to an inner surface of a trailer perimeter wall. The inner bracket includes a first central aperture extending therethrough that is alignable with a wall aperture in the perimeter wall. A cover bracket is attached to the inner bracket with the perimeter wall positioned between the inner and cover brackets. The cover bracket has an access aperture extending therethrough that is aligned with the first central aperture. A panel positioned between the inner bracket and the cover bracket is vertically movable to open or close the access aperture. An open space is defined extending from a lower edge of the panel and between the cover bracket and the inner bracket such that material falling between the inner and cover brackets freely falls downwardly from the assembly.
Window regulator
A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a temporary holding mechanism for temporarily holding the swing bar so that the swing bar extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.
