Flap bearing having an adjustment aid
The invention relates to a flap bearing having a pivot bearing for coupling a control arm of a prestressed lifting device in an articulated manner to a flap, folding flap, door, or the like of an item of furniture, an installation support of the flap bearing being fastened to the flap, folding flap, door, or the like, and a bearing part of the flap bearing supporting the pivot bearing and being supported on the installation support for displacing or pivoting along a displacement path. According to the invention, a positioning element is displaceably or pivotably supported on the installation support, and the positioning element is disposed in a displacement range of the bearing part along the displacement path. The invention further relates to a lifting device having such a flap bearing and a method for adjusting such a flap bearing. The flap bearing can be simply and quickly adjusted to the correct position thereof so that the flap, folding flap, door, or the like closes completely.
SUPPORT DEVICE AND FOLDING FURNITURE HAVING THE SAME
Disclosed are a support device and a folding furniture having the support device. The support device includes a base, a support mechanism, a fixed seat, and a force providing mechanism installed to the base. The support mechanism includes a support element and a rotating element rotatably installed to the base. The support assembly has an end hinged to the fixed seat and the other end having a disassembling structure for detachably connecting the rotating element. The rotating element abuts the force providing mechanism, and the force providing mechanism is provided for supporting the rotating element. The support device has an ingenious structural design, so that the support element and the rotating element can be installed or removed conveniently, and the operation is simple and labor-saving, and the lifting operation of the support element has the features of stable operation, low noise, and high practicality.

An actuating drive for driving a movably mounted furniture part includes an actuating arm connected to the furniture part. The actuating arm is configured to be movable between a first end position and a second end position, and a damper is provided for damping a movement of the actuating arm into the first end position and a movement of the actuating arm into the second end position. The damper performs a damping stroke during the damping, and a coupling mechanism is provided for coupling the actuating arm or an actuating part connectable thereto to the damper when the actuating arm is moved into the two end positions. The coupling mechanism has an actuator for performing the damping stroke of the damper, and the actuator acts on the damper when the actuating arm is moved into the first end position and when the actuating arm is moved into the second end position.

A stabilization roller bracket is positioned adjacent to a hinge and supplements a hinge in coupling a roller to a movable barrier. The stabilization roller bracket includes a base configured to be coupled to an inner surface of the movable barrier. The base includes a main body and a frangible portion. The stabilization roller bracket also includes at least one wall extending from the base and including a plurality of stem-receiving holes, each of the plurality of stem-receiving holes spaced a different distance from the base and configured to receive a portion of a stem of a roller for the movable barrier and space the roller from the inner surface of the movable barrier.
MULTI-POSITIONABLE FOLDING FOOD SHIELD CONFIGURABLE FOR USE IN CAFETERIA, SELF-SERVE AND SELF-SERVE WITH DISPLAY MODES
A food shield for use in a restaurant or food service institution includes a pair of partially overlapping upper and lower transparent panels, first and second locking assemblies connected to and supporting one lateral side of each of the upper and lower transparent panels, and first and second non-locking assemblies connected to and supporting the opposite lateral side of each of the upper and lower transparent panels. Each of the first locking and non-locking assemblies, which supports the upper transparent panel, is mountable to a respective vertical support post. The food shield is transformable into three different settings. In a cafeteria setting, the upper and lower transparent panels overlap each other to provide a full length barrier in front of food product being displayed. In a self-serve setting, the lower transparent panel is pivoted inwardly such that it resides behind the upper transparent panel. In a self-serve and display setting, the lower transparent panel is adjusted to a horizontal position to create a shelf situated behind the upper transparent panel.

HOLD OPEN J-TRACK LOCKING MECHANISM FOR COWLING
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an aircraft that includes a cowling having a j-track mounted on the inwardly facing surface and a rod pivotally connected to a stationary part of the aircraft at a first end and moveable within the j-track at a second end, so that, when the cowling is opened, the second end moves to lock into the j-shaped portion and hold the cowling open. In various embodiments, the first end may be pivotally connected to the aircraft by a quick release pin, and the second end may be connected to the j-track by a torsion spring. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the cowling is a bi-folding cowl having an upper portion and a lower portion, where the rod and the lower portion may include structures for retaining the lower portion in an opened position.
