Actuator for furniture parts
An actuating drive for moving a furniture part movably supported relative to a furniture carcass, includes at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm for moving the movable furniture part, a spring device for applying a force to the actuating arm, and a locking device for releasably locking the actuating arm. The locking device includes at least one movably-mounted locking element cooperating with at least one locking recess in a position in which the actuating arm is locked. The locking element can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess by a switch element to be operated manually, and can also be unlocked by a control portion arranged on the actuating arm. The control portion can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part to the actuating arm.
Furniture hinge
The invention relates to a furniture hinge (10) with a hinge arm (20) and a fastening portion (30), wherein the hinge arm (20) and the fastening portion (30) are pivotably connected to one another via a multi-axis articulated connection (40), and wherein a damping element (60), which damps in a deflection direction, for damping the movement of the hinge arm (20) and a spring (76) for adjusting the hinge arm (20) with respect to the fastening portion (30) are provided. It is provided here that the damping element (60) is mounted in such a way that, during a folding movement of the hinge arm (20) from a first end position into a second end position, a maximum or a minimum deflection of the damping element (60) is carried out within an adjusting movement of the damping element (60) caused by said folding movement. As a result, a furniture hinge which can be produced cost-effectively and which allows damped opening and closing of the hinge arm is provided.
Lift-Up Door Opening Device
Device for lift-up opening of a door of any furniture item in general, comprising a container that can be attached to the frame of the furniture item, more particularly to one of its sides, containing in its interior a mechanism that acts, by means of an arm, articulated to the container around a fulcrum pin, directly or indirectly on the door, wherein said arm carries an eccentric pin housed in an opening with curved profile formed in the container, and designed to engage with a cam profile of a plate slidably housed in the container, under the action of said at least one spring acting between said container and said plate in a direction opposite to said cam profile, said cam profile and the action of said at least one spring balancing the weight of the door in each position during opening and closure.
Rear door assembly
A rear door assembly for a vehicle includes a motor having a shaft with a gear attached thereto. A first end of a lever is rigidly fixed to the shaft for rotation therewith proximate the gear. A belt is engaged with the gear. A rear door is pivotally attached to the vehicle and is movable between a door closed orientation and a door open orientation. The rear door has a gear assembly coupled to the lever. The rear door and the gear assembly are moved by the lever upon rotation of the lever by the motor. The gear assembly receives rotary motion from the belt such that an angular displacement of the rear door caused by the rotary motion of the belt during movement of the rear door between the closed orientation and the open orientation occurs at half the rate of the angular displacement of the lever.
ACTUATOR FOR FURNITURE PARTS
An actuating drive for moving a furniture part movably supported relative to a furniture carcass, the actuating drive including at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm for moving the movable furniture part, a spring device for applying a force to the actuating arm, and a locking device for releasably locking the actuating arm. The locking device includes at least one movably-mounted locking element cooperating with at least one locking recess in a position in which the actuating arm is locked, and the locking element can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess by a switch element to be operated manually and also by a control portion arranged on the actuating arm. The control portion can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part to the actuating arm.
FURNITURE DRIVE SYSTEM
A furniture drive system includes a mechanical control unit having a pivotably mounted control arm for moving a movable furniture part, a spring device for applying force to the control arm, and a movably mounted control part having a transmission opening for transmitting a force from the spring device to the control arm. An electrical drive unit has an electric motor for moving the movable furniture part, and a driver to be driven by the electric motor for transmitting a torque of the electric motor to the mechanical control unit. The driver can be inserted into the transmission opening, and the electrical drive unit and the mechanical control unit are designed as separate assemblies and can be fastened to each other. A contact surface for the driver is arranged laterally adjacent to the transmission opening and the driver is preloaded toward the contact surface by a force store.
ACTUATING ARM DRIVE
An actuating arm drive for a pivotably mounted actuating arm including a pivotably mounted main lever, a force accumulator for exerting a force for supporting the opening and/or closing movement of the actuating arm drive on the main lever at a force introduction point, and a setting device for setting the force introduction point on the main lever. The force is introduced to the main lever at the force introduction point via a force introduction element which is loaded by the force accumulator via levers, and the setting device is designed to move the force introduction element along a bearing contour formed on the main lever. In each pivoting position of the main lever between the open and closed position of the actuating arm drive, and in each setting of the setting device, the loaded force introduction element is forced along the bearing contour in the same direction.
Stay
Provided is a stay which is capable of stabilizing movement of a component part used for transmitting, or not transmitting, the torque of one of a first member and a second member to the other. When a second member rotates relative to a first member in one direction, a cam base moves away from a disk in the direction of the rotation axis, and the second member and the cam base rotate relative to the first member and the disk. When the second member rotates relative to the first member in the opposite direction, the cam base moves towards the disk in the direction of the rotation axis, and the second member, the cam base and disk rotate relative to the first member with resistance force.
HINGE FOR FURNITURE LEAVES THAT SWING ABOUT AT LEAST ONE HORIZONTAL AXIS
A hinge for furniture leaves that swing about at least one horizontal axis, which comprises a supporting body which is adapted to be applied inside a piece of furniture, at least one oscillating lever adapted to be connected to the supporting body at one end and, at the opposite end, to an anchoring element which is fixed to a leaf, the at least one lever being applied so as to oscillate to an intermediate body that is separate from the supporting body.
Flap Holder For A Furniture Flap
The invention relates to a door holder for a cabinetry door that is displaceable between a closed and an open position, having a lever onto which the cabinetry door is fastenable, the lever being pivotable around a pivot shaft, and having a tensioning lever that is displaceably attached to the lever via a coupling piece, and the tensioning lever being mounted in stationary fashion. In such a door holder, reliable movement of the cabinetry door can be brought about in simple fashion if provision is made that an energy reservoir is indirectly or directly attached to the tensioning lever at the end facing away from the coupling piece.
