Overhead garage door system with sealing feature
A threshold sealing system for a door panel assembly includes a threshold biasing element and an anchor. The threshold biasing element including a base configured to attach to a floor surface and a biasing surface extending at an oblique angle relative to the base. The anchor is configured to secure the base of the threshold biasing element to the floor. The anchor and the threshold biasing element may be integrally formed and include the same materials. The oblique angle of the biasing surface ranges from 70 degrees to 80 degrees and has a height of at least 1.5 inches.
VEHICLE ROOF MODULE FOR A SENSOR
The invention relates to a vehicle roof module for a sensor, configured to be mounted on a roof of a vehicle. The roof module including a roof skin having an opening and defining an exterior side and an interior side of the roof module. Further including a sensor mounting location, arranged at the interior side, having a visor providing a field of view through the opening; a cover panel movable along a sliding path; and a kinematic mechanism for moving the cover panel along the sliding path between: a closed position wherein the cover panel covers the opening and blocks the field of view of the visor and a retracted position wherein the cover panel uncovers the opening and clears the field of view of the visor.

DOOR ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLES
Embodiments of the invention provide a opening and closing assembly for a rigid door panel that is rotatably attached to a roller received within a track on a door frame member. A support member can be rotatably attached to the door panel. A first pivot arm can extend inboard from the support member to pivotally attach to an inboard frame member. Upon application of an upward force to the door panel, the first pivot arm can pivot with respect to the first inner frame member to move the support member in an arcuate path. The support member can thereby move the door panel upward and inboard along a door path at least partly defined by the track, with a lower end of the door panel not extending substantially outboard of the door frame member as the door panel moves along the door path.

Open top hopper window and frame
Disclosed is an open top hopper window with a hopper window and a frame. The frame includes top edge and bottom edges, and left and right sides. The inn part of the right and left sides of the frame has a guide groove located at the bottom of the side, with a hole in the frame located above such guide groove. The joining between the hopper window and the frame uses two bolts at the outer bottom sides of the hopper window sliding into the guide grooves and two arms linking the holes at the frame with two holes at the hopper window wherein the two holes are located at the 35%-40% range of the total length of the hopper window on the outer sides of the hopper window always achieving an equilibrium position which allows positioning the hopper window at different opening angles and positions without effort.
