The handle lock is used to control opening and closing of the primary screen and the secondary pane. The pane can be swung out to facilitate ventilation, and the screen can prevent entry of insects and burglars. Moreover, the pane can be swung in together with the screen, thereby facilitating access, ventilation and cleansing.
