The system may include an actuator fixing clip, a head portion, an engagement portion, and a guide portion of the actuator fixing clip that may be configured to engage an opening in a vehicle door and that, when inserted into the vehicle door, may be rotatable via the head portion from an unlocked position to a locked position, fixing the actuator to the vehicle door.
DOOR MODULE OF A VEHICLE DOOR AND VEHICLE DOOR HAVING THE DOOR MODULE
A door module of a vehicle door includes a carrier plate having a cable window regulator with at least one guide rail, and a door structure which is or can be joined to the carrier plate. A cable deflection region of the guide rail extends beyond an outer edge of the carrier plate. The cable deflection region is provided with a joining contour which, when joined, is form-lockingly inserted in a receiving contour of the door structure. The joining contour engages behind the receiving contour in such a way that the cable deflection region is stabilizingly held in a direction perpendicular to the cable deflection region. A vehicle door having the door module is also provided.
INPUT DEVICE
An input device includes a base, an operation panel, and a shaft portion. The input device includes a first operation knob having a first operation part to swing the panel in a first swing direction and a second operation part to swing the panel in a second swing direction, the second operation knob having a third operation part to swing the panel in the second swing direction and a fourth operation part to swing the operation panel in the first swing direction. The input device includes a control unit to discriminate between a pressing operation and a pulling-up operation based on based on output of each of a swing detector, a first capacitance detection electrode, and a second capacitance detection electrode.
WINDOW REGULATOR WITH OPTIMIZED MOTOR CONFIGURATION
A window regulator for raising and lowering a window of a vehicle, including: a guide rail; a cursor slidably mounted to the guide rail; a flange portion mounted to a bottom end of the guide rail, wherein the flange portion has a rail mounting portion and an arm portion extending from the rail mounting portion and a mounting portion extending from the arm portion; and a motor operably coupled to the cursor such that operation of the motor will cause the cursor to slide along the guide rail, the motor being mounted to the mounting portion, wherein the motor when mounted to the mounting portion is located adjacent to a side of the guide rail located between the bottom end of the guide rail and a top end of the guide rail.
Door module with frameless glass configuration having adjustable glass run channels
A carrier module including a pair of carrier members operably coupled to one another via at least one cable is provided. The carrier members are configured for substantially free movement relative to one another to facilitate installation of the carrier members into an internal door cavity through an opening formed in the inner panel, wherein at least one of the carrier members is adjustable along at least one of cross-vehicle, aft/forward, and up/down directions.
Motor vehicle having a front door and a rear door
The disclosure relates to a motor vehicle having at least one vehicle side, on which a front door and a rear door are provided, and to a method for operating an electric motor in a respective rear door of the at least one vehicle side. The disclosure relates to a motor vehicle having at least one vehicle side, on which a front door and a rear door are provided, wherein an electric motor configured to provide a motorized door function is provided in the rear door and wherein a control device configured to operate the motor which is connected to the motor via electrical conductor elements for transferring a motor current is provided. According to the disclosure, the control device is arranged in the front door and is configured to also control at least one door function of the front door.
Window regulator
A window regulator includes a guide rail, a carrier plate, and a raising/lowering means to raise/lower the carrier plate along the guide rail. The carrier plate includes a front surface sliding member configured to slide on a front surface of a flange portion of the guide rail and a back surface sliding member configured to slide on a back surface of the flange portion. The back surface sliding member includes a contact portion coming into contact with the back surface and a base portion that presses the contact portion against the back surface by a restoring force of elastic deformation. The contact portion extends toward the back surface and is elastically deformed and bent on the end side to allow the flange portion to enter from a lateral side in an extending direction thereof when assembling the carrier plate to the guide rail.
WINDOW REGULATOR AND GUIDE RAIL ATTACHING METHOD
A window regulator includes a guide rail and a drum housing at an end of the guide rail. The guide rail includes a flat plate portion extending in the ascending/descending direction, and a side plate portion rising from the flat plate portion. The drum housing includes a fitting hole into which the end of the guide rail is inserted and fitted, a first fitting guide wall extending from a first inner surface of the fitting hole toward the near side in an insertion direction so as to protrude from an edge of the fitting hole and guiding the flat plate portion to the fitting hole, and a second fitting guide wall extending from a second inner surface of fitting hole toward the near side in the insertion direction so as to protrude from the edge of the fitting hole and guiding the side plate portion to the fitting hole.
VEHICLE
A vehicle may include a vehicle body, a door, a window frame, a window panel, a lower support and a stopper. The window panel may be provided in the window frame, configured to be manually raised and lowered, and supported to be movable between an upper limit position where the window panel closes an opening of the window frame and a lower limit position where the window panel opens the opening of the window frame. The lower support may include a groove. The groove may be configured to receive a lower edge of the window panel when the window panel is located at the lower limit position. The stopper may be disposed in the groove of the lower support and include an abutting surface configured to abut the lower edge of the window panel, wherein the abutting surface may be curved to protrude upward.
Vehicle door assembly
A vehicle door assembly with an inner door panel, an outer door panel and a reinforcement assembly. A first attachment area is defined adjacent to an upper edge and a forward edge and a second attachment area is defined adjacent to the upper edge and a rearward edge of the inner door panel. The inner door panel and the outer door panel are fixedly attached to one another and define a hollow space therebetween. The reinforcement assembly has a first end fixedly attached to the first attachment area of the inner door panel and a second end fixedly attached to the second attachment area of the inner door panel. A mid-section extends of the reinforcement assembly extends along the upper edge of the outer door panel. The mid-section of the reinforcement assembly and the upper edge of the inner door panel define a window receiving slot therebetween.
