Window Regulator for a Side Window of a Motor Vehicle
A window regulator for a side window of a motor vehicle, includes a slide guide rail on which a rail slide is slidably arranged. The side window is attached to a window holder arranged on the rail slide and the rail slide can be displaced largely in a Z-direction into an upper position and into a lower position. The slide guide rail can be fixed in position at an upper attachment point and a lower attachment point on a body part. The window holder and the upper attachment point and the lower attachment point are on a straight connecting line. The configuration of the window regulator ensures precise closing of the side window, in particular for frameless side windows, of a motor vehicle, even when the motor vehicle is travelling at very high speeds.
Method for producing a catch for a window lifting device
A method for producing a carrier element for a window lifting device in which adjustment of a glass is performed by means of a traction means, the carrier element being displaceable along a guide rail of the window lifting device and being connected to the traction means, is provided. The completed carrier element has at least two interconnected bodies which are produced from dissimilar materials having dissimilar melting points, and the carrier element having the at least two bodies is produced by a multicomponent injection-molding method. In the production of the carrier element by the multicomponent injection-molding method a body from a material melting at a lower temperature is molded before a body from a material melting at a higher temperature, and the body from the material melting at a higher temperature is molded to the body from the material melting at a lower temperature.
WINDOW LIFTER ASSEMBLY WITH MULTIPART PANE GUIDE ELEMENT FOR A FLUSH PANE DESIGN, AND ASSEMBLY METHOD
It is provided a window lifter assembly, comprising an adjustable window pane for a vehicle window lifter, in which the window pane in a closed state is flush with upper and/or lateral body parts which border a window opening, to be closed by the window pane, in a window frame. The window lifter assembly furthermore has at least one pane guide element which is fixed on the window pane in the region of a lateral pane edge and at least one frame-side guide element at which the pane guide element is held displaceably on the window opening. The at least one pane guide element is of multi-part design with at least one first guide part and a second guide part.
ISOLATED FIXING SYSTEM FOR ACTUATORS
An isolated fixing system for attaching an actuator to a vehicle door including an actuator fixing clip having a head portion, an engagement portion, and a guide portion, an isolation grommet with a flange and a receiving portion configured to engage the fixing clip, and a receiver integrated with the actuator to secure the actuator to a vehicle. The system may include an actuator fixing clip, a head portion, an engagement portion, and a guide portion of the actuator fixing clip that may be configured to engage an opening in a vehicle door and that, when inserted into the vehicle door, may be rotatable via the head portion from an unlocked position to a locked position, fixing the actuator to the vehicle door.
Window assembly and a vehicle
A vehicle and a window assembly include a window movable between a closed and open position. The assembly includes an arm movable between a first and second position. The window is disposed in the closed position when the arm is in the first position and the window disposed in the open position when the arm is in the second position. The arm includes an extension fixed thereto such that the arm and the extension both move concurrently about a first pivot point. The assembly includes a connector coupled to the extension at a second pivot point. The arm is coupled to the window through the connector. The first and second pivot points are spaced from each other. The connector is coupled to the window such that movement of the arm moves the connector about the second pivot point which causes the window to move between the closed and open positions.

Drive device for an adjustment installation for adjusting a vehicle part, in particular a power window actuator, may include a carrier element that may define an opening, a cable drum which by way of a portion is inserted into the opening of the carrier element in such a manner that the portion at least partially extends through the opening, and a cable exit housing which is disposed on a first side of the carrier element and which has a bearing element which on the first side of the carrier element mounts the cable drum so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis. At least one bearing element which projects radially to the rotation axis from the portion is disposed on the portion of the cable drum, said bearing element engaging radially across a counter bearing on a periphery of the carrier element surrounding the opening of the carrier element.
Door structure of automotive vehicle and assembly method of the same
Guide rails with which a window regulator is provided are respectively fixed to a module plate. The guide rails are fixed, together with the module plate, to an edge of an opening portion provided at inward frames from an outward side in a vehicle width direction. Attachment portions which are capable of afterward attaching outward frames to the inward frames are provided, and attachment portions which are capable of afterward attaching a door outer panel to a door frame comprising the inward frames and the outward frames are provided.

A vehicular door includes an outer panel, an inner panel mounted on a vehicular interior side of the outer panel and configuring a vehicular interior design surface of the vehicular door, a functional component, a driving component driving the functional component and mounted on a vehicular exterior surface side of the inner panel, and a switch configured to activate the driving component to exert a function of the functional component and mounted on a vehicular interior surface side of the inner panel.
Opening and closing member control device and opening and closing member control method
An opening-closing member controller that solves the problem includes a motor, a speed detection unit, an entrapment determination unit, and a control unit. The motor opens and closes an opening-closing member of a vehicle. The speed detection unit outputs a speed signal corresponding to a rotation speed of the motor. The entrapment determination unit determines whether entrapment of foreign material by the opening-closing member has occurred based on the speed signal. The control unit reverses or stops the motor when the entrapment determination unit determines that entrapment has occurred. The entrapment determination unit performs the determination at shorter time intervals when a remote operation switch that is separated from the vehicle is operated to close the opening-closing member than when a vehicle operation switch that is arranged in the vehicle is operated to close the opening-closing member.
WINDOW REGULATOR
A window regulator includes: a carrier piece attached to a window glass; a drive wire connected to the carrier piece to lift/lower the carrier piece; and a wire end connected to the drive wire. The carrier piece has a groove into which the drive wire is inserted, and a housing in which the wire end is housed. The housing has a bottom wall on which the wire end is mounted, one end wall communicating with the groove, an opening on a top side into which the wire end is insertable, a top wall restricting wire end movement in a direction of detachment from the top side of the opening, and another end wall restricting wire end movement in a direction of detachment from the other end side facing the one end wall such that the wire end and the top wall overlap each other as viewed from a top.
