SLIDING DOOR DRIVING DEVICE
A sliding door driving device includes: a power source; a motor that outputs power to open and close the door; a motor driving circuit that connects the power source and the motor to each other; and a motor control device that controls the motor driving circuit. The motor control device includes an inverter that converts DC power supplied from the power source into AC power, and a shunt resistor disposed between the power source and the inverter. The position detection unit of the motor control device obtains the rotation angle of the motor based on the output of the shunt resistor.

Anti-pinch motor control
A motor control system configured to detect a pinch condition of a structure actuated by a motor includes a pinch detection module configured to receive a current signal indicative of a motor current, determine a rate of change of current based on the current signal, and generate a pinch signal indicative of the pinch condition in response to either one of the motor current being greater than a current threshold and the rate of change of current being greater than a rate of change threshold. The motor control system further includes a position control module configured to control the motor to actuate the structure in response to an input and at least one of stop and reverse the motor in response to the pinch signal.
Opening/closing body control device, opening/closing body control system, power window device, and power window system
An opening/closing body control device continues an as-needed operation where the opening/closing body is controlled in response to the operation instruction signal even when an abnormality in an opening/closing position of the opening/closing body is detected, continues opening and closing the opening/closing body until it is determined that the abnormal state in the opening/closing instruction signal is confirmed even when an abnormality in the opening/closing instruction signal is detected during the as-needed opening/closing operation, and stops opening and closing the opening/closing body the abnormal state in the opening/closing instruction signal is confirmed. The confirmation time at the presence of the opening/closing position abnormality is shorter than that at the absence of opening/closing position abnormality.
FORCE MAPPING FOR AUTOMATED WINDOW MECHANISM
An automated window mechanism having a motor and a force measuring component. A movement path is defined for the window movement relative to a window frame. The force-measuring component measures the force required to move the window along the movement path. The force required is stored as a force map and is a function of position along the path. Deviations from the force map cause the motor to take measures which may include stopping the motor.
Control elements for tracking and movement of furniture and interior architectural elements
Improved systems and methods for operating moveable architectural elements (e.g., furniture) are described. The system can include improved features implemented throughout various elements, including hardware elements, controller elements, and/or software elements. As one example, the system can feature the ability to map a characteristic load profile across a particular length of actuation and, if during operation a measured load exceeds the profile, adjust (e.g., stop) the system's motion. The system can also advantageously map its current draw to increase energy efficiency. In addition, the system can include a positioning system that enables it to automatically determine its position upon start up and during operation. In some implementations, the system includes multiple moveable elements (e.g., furniture items). In some cases, power is distributed to the moveable element(s) using a moveable power distribution module. Many other improvements and features are contemplated and described.
Method for controlling door movements of the door of a motor vehicle, and motor vehicle component
A method and a device for controlling door movements of a controllable door of a motor vehicle. A control device and a sensor arrangement are assigned to the door and the door has a controllable motion influencing device. A motion of a door wing of the door is controlled and influenced by the motion influencing device to alternate between a closed position and an open position. The motion influencing device includes a driving device with a drive motor. The sensor arrangement includes a current sensor which detects the motor current of the drive motor. While closing the door wing the control device detects an obstacle when the door wing is not yet closed and the power input of the drive motor rises above a predetermined threshold. Then the control device stops the drive motor.

Shading device
A shading device for a vehicle roof includes at least one shading length that can be rolled up for shading a light-permeable and/or open area of the vehicle roof, a tension bow that is movably mounted in a direction of travel (V), to which the shading length-is fastened, a drive mechanism that can be operated by a drive motor to move the tension and a control unit for activating the drive motor. The shading device includes at least one opposing force element for restricting a traveling movement of the tension bow, and the control unit is designed to activate the drive motor based on an opposing force when the tension bow reaches an end position (P1, P2) defined by the stop element.
