VEHICLE DOOR HINGE FOR A VEHICLE DOOR, A TAILGATE HINGE, A SIDE DOOR HINGE AND A VEHICLE
A vehicle door hinge for a vehicle door opening vertically includes a first hinge part attached to a vehicle frame having a pivot attachment means, a second hinge part attached to the door attached to the pivot attachment means to allow the second hinge part to rotate the door in an opening or closing direction, a stopper part attached to the pivot attachment means at a distance from a mass centre of the stopper part, a locking mechanism for locking the stopper part position relative the second hinge part. The locking mechanism is moveable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The stopper part in the unlocked position is arranged to be moved by gravity to a resting position where it is adjacent or abutting the first hinge part and stopped by the first hinge part from rotating in the opening direction but free to rotate in the other direction.
GUIDE DEVICE FOR GUIDING A FURNITURE PART
A guide device, for guiding a furniture part on a guide rail, includes at least one rolling carriage having at least one rotatably mounted rolling body, via which the at least one rolling carriage can be moveably mounted on a track of the guide rail, and at least one connection device, in particular designed as a hinge, for connecting the guide device to the furniture part. The at least one rolling carriage and the at least one connection device are designed as separate components and can be connected to one another, in particular detachably, via at least one securing device. The at least one securing device has at least one locking element which is mounted on the at least one connection device or on the at least one rolling carriage such that it can rotate and move, preferably transverse to a securing direction of the at least one connection device and the at least one rolling carriage.
Device for opening the cabinet door of a cabinet body
Device for opening cabinet door of cabinet body. Cabinet door is attached to cabinet body by self-closing hinges. Cabinet door is held in closed position at a small distance from the front of cabinet body. In order to allow cabinet door to be opened without gripping elements, without hindering the self-closing of the hinges, there is a unit having ejection piston with a locking apparatus and tension rod in cabinet body. Ejection piston is supported in the unit by compression spring, and tension rod is supported in the unit by tension spring. Ejection piston and tension rod are coupled to each other by a control apparatus having a freewheel, and thus by tapping on cabinet door the opening of cabinet door can be initiated and cabinet door can be brought into an intermediate position. In the intermediate position, cabinet door can be grasped by a hand and opened further.
Safety cabinet with sequential door-closing system
A safety cabinet includes an enclosure having a double-walled construction and a pair of doors to selectively seal the enclosure. The safety cabinet can be used to store, for example, flammable liquids, flammable waste, corrosives, pesticides, or combustible waste. The safety cabinet incorporates a sequential door-closing system that sequentially closes the doors of the safety cabinet in a predetermined order.
Building closure operator
A building closure operator includes an operator arm pivotable about an arm axis from an arm closed position to an arm open position, an arm lock actuatable to lock the arm in different locked positions and releasable to release the arm, and an articulatable lever pivotable about a lever axis parallel to the arm axis, from a lever home position corresponding to the arm closed position, to a lever actuated position corresponding to the arm open position. The lever includes a lever coupling maintainable in the lever actuated position, and a lever handle pivotable with respect to the lever coupling back to the home position to actuate the arm lock to lock the arm in one of the different locked positions.
Sliding Cover Assembly for a Vehicle, in Particular for a Waterborne Vehicle
A sliding cover assembly for a vehicle, in particular a waterborne vehicle, the sliding cover assembly having a cover element displaceable between a closed position, in which a roof opening is closed, and an open position, in which the roof opening is at least partially open, and a displacement mechanism for the cover element, the displacement mechanism having a slider on either side of a longitudinal center plane of the cover element, each slider being guided in a sliding manner in a respective guide rail attached to the roof, and a raising lever connected to the cover element being hinged to each slider. The sliders each have a slider body and a control element which is mounted on the slider body in such a manner that it can rotate about an axis of rotation and to which the respective raising lever is hinged eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation.
INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM VARIABLE TORQUE HINGE
A portable information handling system rotationally couples housing portions with a variable torque hinge having a first axle that rotates with a first housing portion, a second axle that rotates with a second housing portion and a synchronizing gear assembly that translates rotation between the first and second axles. Variable torque is applied by selectively engaging and disengaging a coupler gear with the synchronizing gear assembly to apply and remove an increased torque that resists housing rotation. In one embodiment, the coupler gear is an idler gear of the synchronizing gear mechanism that selectively applies and removes an increase torque of the second axle to the first axle. The coupler gear slides in response to an actuator, such as an electro-permanent magnet acting on a ferromagnetic material with high and low magnetic attraction states.
METHOD FOR THE OPERATION OF A MOTORIZED FLAP ARRANGEMENT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A method for the operation of a motorized flap arrangement of a motor vehicle, wherein the flap arrangement has a flap which is pivotable with respect to a motor vehicle body, wherein the flap arrangement has a back-driveable drive arrangement for the motorized adjustment of the flap and a control arrangement for controlling the drive arrangement. It is proposed that an, in particular gravitationally induced, predetermined flap deflection is detected by means of the control arrangement from a de-energized intermediate position of the flap in a monitoring routine and, in response to the detection of the predetermined flap deflection, a holding routine is triggered in which the drive arrangement is adjusted to a flap-holding position in a holding control circuit.
DOOR PRESENTING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR ELEMENT
A door presenting device for a motor vehicle door element, having an electric drive unit and an actuating means, wherein the actuating means can be adjusted by means of the drive unit and a gear mechanism arranged between the actuating means and the drive unit, with the result that a movement of the door element can be enabled, and further having a locking means. The door element can be maintained in position by means of the locking means and the locking means can be electrically actuated, namely indirectly, preferably manually, actuated.
VEHICULAR DOOR DEVICE
A vehicular door device includes an inclinable lever provided at an open-side end portion of a door opening being opened and closed by a door, based on an operation of a link mechanism formed of first and second link arms, a biasing member that biases the inclinable lever and holds the inclinable lever in an erect state, and a check mechanism that engages with the inclinable lever in the erect state by movement of the door to a full opened position, and holds the door at the full opened position. The first link arm is provided at a position close to the open-side end portion of the door opening by an opening operation of the door, and the check mechanism is provided integrally with the first link arm. Then, the inclinable lever is stored in a clearance between the door and the open-side end portion of the door opening.
