Device for moving a furniture part that is received on a furniture cabinet of an item of furniture
A device for moving a furniture part on an item of furniture, including a guide configured as an articulated lever releasably disposed on an assembly member of the device, which is assembled on the furniture part. The guide includes a securing member movably disposed on the articulated lever and capable of being positioned relative to the articulated lever. In a first position of the securing member a pivoting range of the guide is delimited by the securing member such that the guide in a closing movement is not capable of being moved from the opened position to the closed position. In a second position of the securing member the pivoting range of the guide is released such that the guide, in the closing movement from the opened position, reaches the closed position.
MAGNETIC LOCKSET
An exemplary lockset includes a mortise case, a magnet assembly mounted in the mortise case, and a manual actuator operable to move the magnet assembly between a coupling position in which a first magnet of the magnet assembly is aligned with a reference point and a decoupling position in which the first magnet is misaligned with the reference point. In certain embodiments, the magnet assembly further includes a second magnet having an opposite polarity as the first magnet, and the second magnet is misaligned with the reference point when the magnet assembly is in the coupling position and is aligned with the reference point when the magnet assembly is in the decoupling position.
COMPARTMENT LOCKING SYSTEM
A locking system and method for using the locking system for a compartment are provided. The system may have a plunger, at least one leg pivotally attached to plunger and a first biasing member connecting the plunger with the at least one leg.
GRIDDLE WITH IMPROVED UPPER PLATEN
A cooking device has improved operator interface features, including a counterbalance mechanism operable to retain an upper platen in predetermined open and closed positions, and a non-stick sheet retention feature designed to prevent sagging of a Teflon or other non-stick sheet of material at an upper cooking surface.
DRIVE ARRANGEMENT FOR A FLAP OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to a drive arrangement for a flap of a motor vehicle, comprising a linear drive for producing drive movements and comprising a transmission arrangement, which is coupled to said linear drive, for transmitting the drive movements, a compensating arrangement being provided which couples two drive elements of the drive arrangement to each other in terms of drive, and, when a limit load between the two drive elements is exceeded, the compensating arrangement permitting a guided compensating movement between the two drive elements. It is proposed that the transmission arrangement provides the compensating arrangement.
Bi-Directional Door Opening Structure
A bi-directional door opening structure includes a front door configured to be rotatably opened with respect to a front hinge part positioned in a roof of a vehicle, a rear door configured to be rotatably opened with respect to a rear hinge part positioned in the roof of the vehicle, and a drive unit positioned in the roof at a point where the front door and the rear door are adjacent to each other, and configured to apply an opening force to the front door and the rear door, wherein the drive unit includes a spindle unit configured to open at least one of the front door and the rear door, which has been unlocked by a driving force applied from a driving part, and a differential gear configured to deliver the driving force between the spindle unit and the driving part.
Girder trolley
A device. The device includes a shaft having a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end. The device also includes a connector attached to the first end of the shaft. The device also includes a rod connected to the shaft. The rod comprises a third end and a fourth end. The third end is connected to the second end of the shaft. The rod is about parallel to the longitudinal axis. The device also includes a spring surrounding the rod. The spring is compressible or extendable along the longitudinal axis. The device also includes a stop connected to the rod at a position distal to the spring. The stop resists longitudinal compression or extension of the spring.
LOCK CYLINDER AND KEY WITH MULTIPLE, SUPPLEMENTAL LOCKING ELEMENTS
A lock assembly includes a plug with a keyway, primary pins aligned with the keyway, a sidebar, secondary pins adjacent the keyway, and at least one supplemental sidebar control element for controlling movement of the sidebar. A key blank has a key blade with a primary top edge to receive primary bittings for controlling the primary pins, a rib to receive secondary bittings for controlling the secondary pins, and at least one shuttle pin. The shuttle pin engages a multi-level ridge within the keyway to move the shuttle pin from a retracted position to an extended position in which an end of the shuttle pin actuates the supplemental sidebar control element.
Lift station for a covering for an architectural structure
In one aspect, a lift station configured for use with a covering for an architectural structure includes a housing and one or more lift spools disposed within a spool cavity defined by the housing. Additionally, the lift station also includes first and second outriggers extending outwardly from opposed sides of the housing of the lift station. The first outrigger is configured to define a first cord guide surface for guiding a front lift cord between a front side of the covering and the spool cavity of the housing. Similarly, the second outrigger is configured to define a second cord guide surface for guiding a rear lift cord between a rear side of the covering and the spool cavity of the housing.
