POWERED HAND-HELD SPREADER
A powered hand-held spreader device is disclosed that has a handle that allows a user to grip and hold the device with one hand. The spreader includes an adjustable shutter, controlled by a rotary dial, to allow for distribution of a range of different granular products that require different flow rates for distribution. The granular product is contained in a hopper. The product can be distributed over various types of terrain, including, but not limited to, lawns, gardens, and paths. The spreader is driven by an electric motor actuated by a trigger. A spinning rotor plate distributes the granular product fed from the hopper. A trigger lock is optionally available to lock the trigger in the on position during use and to prevent actuation when the trigger is in the off position. An adjustable side deflector optionally can be used to control the distribution pattern of the granular product.
Sprayer
A lawn and garden sprayer system having a container and a spray wand fluidly connected to the container is provided. The spray wand includes a wand housing that has a slot formed in one side thereof that is configured to engage a lug formed on one side of the container for purposes of stowing the wand during shipping and when not in use. A communications card assembly is detachably connected between the container and spray wand during shipment and prior to its first use. The hose includes a coupler end that engaged a cap on the container and facilitates creation of a fluid circuit between the fluid contents in the container and the wand.
Sprayer
A lawn and garden sprayer system having a container and a spray wand fluidly connected to the container is provided. The spray wand includes a wand housing that has a slot formed in one side thereof that is configured to engage a lug formed on one side of the container for purposes of stowing the wand during shipping and when not in use. A communications card assembly is detachably connected between the container and spray wand during shipment and prior to its first use. The hose includes a coupler end that engaged a cap on the container and facilitates creation of a fluid circuit between the fluid contents in the container and the wand.
Adaptable walk behind spreader
An adaptable walk behind spreader for dispersing particulate material in different spread patterns. The walk behind spreader includes a spread control assembly configured to control flow of particulate material through first, second and third exit openings and onto a dispersing mechanism. The spread control assembly includes a first spread control member and a second spread control member. Movement of the first and second spread control members selectively inhibits the flow of particulate material through at least a portion of the exit openings, thereby altering the spread pattern of the particulate material dispersed from the spreader.
Adaptable walk behind spreader
An adaptable walk behind spreader for dispersing particulate material in different spread patterns. The walk behind spreader includes a spread control assembly configured to control flow of particulate material through first, second and third exit openings and onto a dispersing mechanism. The spread control assembly includes a first spread control member and a second spread control member. Movement of the first and second spread control members selectively inhibits the flow of particulate material through at least a portion of the exit openings, thereby altering the spread pattern of the particulate material dispersed from the spreader.
Pneumatic serial device for applying materials to deep soil layer and method therefor
The present disclosure relates to a pneumatic serial device for spraying materials into a deep soil layer and an implementation method thereof. The device comprises a material spraying injector (1), a air blasting system (2) connected with the material spraying injector (1), and a material feeding system (3), wherein the air blasting system (2) and the material feeding system (3) are connected with the material spraying injector (1) in series in sequence, wherein the air blasting system (2) comprises a high-pressure air tank (2-1) and a quick relieve valve (2-2), the material feeding system (3) comprises a material chamber (3-1), a feeding valve (3-2), a valve I (3-3), a material sending chamber (3-4), a valve II (3-5) and a material delivery pipe (3-6) which are connected to each other in sequence, and the material delivery pipe (3-6) extends into the high-pressure air tank (2-1) and is communicated with the quick relieve valve (2-2) at the bottom thereof. Combined with the implementation method thereof, the device can uniformly apply a certain amount of various materials into the soil layer at any depth, replacing the traditional method, greatly improving the operation efficiency of applying materials into the deep soil layer, significantly reducing the cost of applying materials into the deep soil layer, and reducing the labor intensity.
Pneumatic serial device for applying materials to deep soil layer and method therefor
The present disclosure relates to a pneumatic serial device for spraying materials into a deep soil layer and an implementation method thereof. The device comprises a material spraying injector (1), a air blasting system (2) connected with the material spraying injector (1), and a material feeding system (3), wherein the air blasting system (2) and the material feeding system (3) are connected with the material spraying injector (1) in series in sequence, wherein the air blasting system (2) comprises a high-pressure air tank (2-1) and a quick relieve valve (2-2), the material feeding system (3) comprises a material chamber (3-1), a feeding valve (3-2), a valve I (3-3), a material sending chamber (3-4), a valve II (3-5) and a material delivery pipe (3-6) which are connected to each other in sequence, and the material delivery pipe (3-6) extends into the high-pressure air tank (2-1) and is communicated with the quick relieve valve (2-2) at the bottom thereof. Combined with the implementation method thereof, the device can uniformly apply a certain amount of various materials into the soil layer at any depth, replacing the traditional method, greatly improving the operation efficiency of applying materials into the deep soil layer, significantly reducing the cost of applying materials into the deep soil layer, and reducing the labor intensity.
Motorized material dispensing gardening apparatus
A motorized gardening apparatus with a container assembly configured to contain a variable supply of material, an air-blowing assembly powered by a battery, an activation controller, a dispensing conduit forming flow communication between an exit valve of the container assembly, the air-blowing assembly and at least one dispensing outlet in a distal end of the dispensing conduit. The dispensing apparatus may be activated in at least two modes of operation: a first mode of operation wherein the exit valve is closed, such that air stream from air blowing assembly is pushed out from the dispensing conduit through the dispensing outlet and a second mode of operation wherein the exit valve in the container assembly is open, such that material from the container assembly is released into the dispensing conduit and pushed by air stream out from the dispensing conduit through the dispensing outlet.
Motorized material dispensing gardening apparatus
A motorized gardening apparatus with a container assembly configured to contain a variable supply of material, an air-blowing assembly powered by a battery, an activation controller, a dispensing conduit forming flow communication between an exit valve of the container assembly, the air-blowing assembly and at least one dispensing outlet in a distal end of the dispensing conduit. The dispensing apparatus may be activated in at least two modes of operation: a first mode of operation wherein the exit valve is closed, such that air stream from air blowing assembly is pushed out from the dispensing conduit through the dispensing outlet and a second mode of operation wherein the exit valve in the container assembly is open, such that material from the container assembly is released into the dispensing conduit and pushed by air stream out from the dispensing conduit through the dispensing outlet.
Solid distribution systems for an agricultural spreader
A solid distribution system of an agricultural spreader includes a product hopper configured to contain solid particulate material, a blower, a manifold coupled to the blower and having a plurality of outlets, at least one boom arm comprising a plurality of parallel rigid tubes configured to carry the solid particulate material and air from the blower, and a plurality of hoses. The manifold is configured to split air flow from the blower into flows through each of the plurality of outlets. Each valve is in fluid communication with one of the outlets and one of the rigid tubes, and each valve individually controls flow through a respective one of the rigid tubes. Vehicles having such solid distribution systems are also disclosed.
