The disclosure proposes a method performed in an electronic device for minimizing downtime in operation of a door system. The method comprising obtaining a door system identification information, followed by obtaining a status pattern associated with the operation of the door system associating the obtained status pattern with the door system identification information. The method is determining if the obtained status pattern is associated with any of at least one reference status pattern, by comparing the obtained status pattern with the at least one reference status pattern. This is then followed by associating the determined reference status pattern with the door system identification information and generating a door maintenance information.

DOOR SYSTEM WITH ACTIVE MONITORING

During operation of the door system one or more sensors may be utilized in order to monitor the operation of the door assembly (e.g., door system, door, frame, etc.), review the operating parameters, troubleshoot potential issues, schedule and monitor service requests, review and take actions for potential security threats, and/or the like. Consequently, users may determine if the door system operates the door in accordance with the desired operating parameters by reviewing the movement, vibration, speed, acceleration, force, or the like based on the sensor information captured and use the information to adjust the door assembly. Notifications regarding the operation of the door systems may be sent automatically and/or in response to requests from users. The users may utilize one or more applications and interfaces thereof to remotely connect to the door systems in order to review and analyze the sensor information and take the desired actions.

Diagnostic operation method and system for a transport vehicle automatic or semi-automatic access device

A health status assessment method and system for a transport vehicle automatic or semi-automatic access device is disclosed. The health status assessment system has at least one leaf actuated by a kinematic chain including at least one motor having an associated angular position or rotation speed encoder and at least one switch. The health status assessment method includes steps for analyzing at least one actuating cycle of the kinematic chain between a first and a second position wherein, during one said cycle, information is acquired representative of the electrical energy consumed by the motor, or position or speed information provided by said encoder or binary information indicating positions of switches. The method further includes dividing said cycle into a plurality of functional segments based on said acquired information, calculating at least one descriptor value, and then establishing a health status diagnosis of the health status assessment system.

Opening/closing member driving device

An opening/closing member driving device includes a motor that opens and closes an opening/closing member and a controller configured to perform an abnormality determination process and a masking process. The abnormality determination process determines occurrence of a foreign object being entrapped or caught by comparing driving information corresponding to a driving status of the motor to a predetermined threshold value. The masking process invalidates the abnormality determination process over a predetermined masking period when the motor is activated. The controller includes a correction unit. The correction unit corrects at least one of the masking period or the threshold value when the motor is activated in a direction opposite to that of a preceding operation in a state in which the opening/closing member is in a high-load range.

Opening/closing drive device

An opening/closing drive device drives an upwardly and downwardly movable opening/closing member. The opening/closing drive device includes a motor, a position detection sensor configured to detect a position of the opening/closing member, and a controller. The controller is configured to drive the motor in order to upwardly move the opening/closing member when determining in a state in which the motor is not driven that the opening/closing member has moved downward to a position corresponding to a predetermined threshold or lower based on a signal from the position detection sensor.

A car window circuit is provided. The car window circuit provides a closed-circuit voltage step up converter that increases the car window movement speed of slow or old window power circuits. The car window circuit contains a DC converter module, a case, an electrical input, an electrical output, and a circuit check module. The DC converter module resides within the case, serving as the voltage step up converter. The electrical input, the electrical output, and a ground wiring are electrically connected to the DC converter module. The circuit check module is electrically connected between the electrical input and the DC converter module, serving as the car window circuit voltage regulator. When installed to a window power circuit, the car window circuit will indicate successful installation through the activation and illumination of a power indicator LED and a bridge indicator LED.

Vehicular opening/closing body control device

A vehicular opening/closing body control device includes a braking controller configured to apply a braking force to an opening/closing body, a full-closing detection unit configured to detect that the opening/closing body is in a fully-closed state, and a failure detection unit configured to detect failure of a latch mechanism provided on the opening/closing body.
