The present disclosure pertains to crosslinkable compositions and systems as well as methods for forming crosslinked compositions in situ, including the use of the same for embolizing vasculature including the neurovasculature within a patient, among many other uses.

An aerosol spray device includes a container having first and second fluid reservoirs disposed therein that are divided from one another. The first fluid reservoir holds a first mixture including a first aerosol propellant and a first part of a silicone based topical skin adhesive that is dissolved in the first aerosol propellant. The second fluid reservoir holds a second mixture including a second aerosol propellant and a second part of the silicone based topical skin adhesive that is dissolved in the second aerosol propellant. An aerosol spray dispensing system is connected with the container, which is configured to combine the first and second mixtures to form the silicone based topical skin adhesive and dispense the silicone based topical skin adhesive from the container as an aerosol spray.

The first sheet of comfort material is attached to the outer wall and at least a portion of the first sheet of comfort material forms a flap. The flap is configured to cover the deployable drain when the drain is in a retracted position.

An adhesive skin patch including a substrate and an adhesive layer, wherein the substrate is formed of a foam sheet having breaking elongation of 100% or more, breaking strength of 20 N/20 mm or less, a density of 0.5 g/cm.sup.3 or less and a thickness of 0.300 mm or more, the adhesive layer is formed on one side of the substrate, and the adhesive layer contains an acrylic copolymer and a liquid or pasty component at room temperature.

An adhesive skin patch including a substrate and an adhesive layer, wherein the substrate is formed of a foam sheet having breaking elongation of 100% or more, breaking strength of 20 N/20 mm or less, a density of 0.5 g/cm.sup.3 or less and a thickness of 0.300 mm or more, the adhesive layer is formed on one side of the substrate, and the adhesive layer contains an acrylic copolymer and a liquid or pasty component at room temperature.
