SEALED LOCKING FIXTURE
A locking fixture that has a housing (1) with a male thread, that can be installed in a hole in a door or a mounting plate (13), in the housing bore (34) of which, an actuator shaft (2) with limited rotation that has a locking tongue (9) on its exposed end is supported such that it can be rotated by means of an actuating section (12) formed on the actuator shaft (2), and has a screw sleeve (7) with a female thread, which secures the locking fixture to the door or mounting plate (13), wherein, in obtaining a hygienic design, the actuator shaft (2) is sealed at both ends where it passes through the housing (12) and the rotation limiter (5, 16, 23, 24) is located in the sealed housing bore (34).
RAIL FOR GUIDING A CARRIAGE OF A FURNITURE DOOR
A rail for guiding a carriage of a furniture door, in which the rail has at least one mounting part. The at least one mounting part can be fastened to a furniture part, which is formed by a side wall of a piece of furniture, and can be releasably connected to a guide part. The guide part has at least one guide for the carriage.
CONNECTION MECHANISM FOR THIN WALL TUBE
A method for constructing an extension mechanism for a closure panel of a vehicle, the extension mechanism including an extension member housed in a body housing, such that the extension member extends and retracts with respect to the body housing as the closure panel is opened and closed, the extension mechanism having a first connection at one end for connecting the extension member to the vehicle and a second connection at the other end for connecting the body housing to the vehicle, the method comprising the steps of: overlapping a tube wall of the body housing with an end portion of the body housing, the end portion having a receiving indentation; receiving a deformed portion of the tube wall into the receiving indentation in order to form a crimp connection between the tube wall and the end portion; and positioning a clamping member having a body by at least a portion of the body over the tube wall, such that the deformed portion is sandwiched between the portion of the body and the receiving indentation.
ADJUSTABLE HINGE ASSEMBLY OF MOUNTING DEVICE
An adjustable hinge assembly includes a first hinge leaf, a second hinge leaf hinge-coupled to the first hinge leaf, and a hinge pin. The first hinge leaf defines a first knuckle hole corresponding to the hinge pin, and the second hinge leaf defines a second knuckle hole corresponding to the hinge pin. The first hinge leaf is hinge-coupled to the second hinge leaf by the hinge pin, the first knuckle hole, and the second knuckle hole. The hinge pin is movable within the first knuckle hole to adjust a position of the first hinge leaf relative to the second hinge leaf.
HINGE
An object is to provide a hinge which can attach a supporting part for supporting rotatably a holder part easily to the holder part holding the door.
A hinge comprises a holder part for holding a door (front-side body receiving a left-and-right adjustment segment and back-side body), a supporting part for supporting rotatably the holder part (resin bush inserted in a rotation shaft), and a connection part (resin catcher) for connecting the holder part to the supporting part, and the resin catcher comprises an attachment part (recesses) for attaching to the holder part and a pawl for gripping elastically the supporting part.
Ejection device for a movable furniture part
An ejection device includes a support formed as a housing; an ejection element for ejecting the movable furniture part from a closed position into an open position along an ejection path; an ejection force accumulator which applies a force to the ejection element in the opening direction of the movable furniture part; and a clamping device for clamping the ejection force accumulator. The clamping device has a clamping element to be coupled to the movable furniture part, and a movement transmission element, in particular a rotatable movement transmission element, between the clamping element and the ejection element. The clamping element and the ejection element can be moved in opposite directions when coupled by the movement transmission element when the ejection force accumulator is clamped, and the ejection element, the movement transmission element, and the clamping element are moveable together relative to the support over a first part of the ejection path.
Hinge bracket
A hinge bracket assembly includes an anchor plate. A retention member extends perpendicular to the anchor plate. The anchor plate defines a first receiving aperture. A hinge plate is aligned with the anchor plate and includes a hinge arm and a protrusion. The protrusion extends from an edge of the hinge plate opposite the hinge arm. The hinge plate defines a second receiving aperture aligned with the first receiving aperture when the protrusion is received by a space defined by the retention member. A locking arm is rotatable between an unlocked position and a locked position and is configured to be at least partially received by the first and second receiving apertures to couple the anchor plate and the hinge plate.
Handle assembly for a door or window having a defined thickness, and a method for installing such handle assembly
A handle assembly for a door or window comprises a handle and a second element, installable on opposite sides of the door or window, and a pin element rotatable around a pin rotation axis and insertable into the handle or in the second element at variable depths. The handle assembly further comprises a friction reducing group positioned coaxially to the pin element and positionable between the handle and the door or window in the axial direction of the pin rotation axis. Clamping devices constrain the handle and/or the second element on the pin element at adjustable distances along the axial direction according to the thickness of the door or window, so that when the handle assembly is installed on the door or window, an axial clamping pressure of the handle and of the second element is maintained on the respective side of the door or window. An installation method of the handle assembly on the door or window is also provided.
OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE
An opening and closing device couples a vehicle body having an opening to a body that opens and closes the opening, at least one of the vehicle body and the body including a ball stud including a ball, the opening and closing device including: a shaft member; a socket fixed to an end of the shaft member, including a housing portion that houses the ball, and constituting a ball joint together with the ball; an elastic body supported by the socket and holding the ball with the socket; and a cover mounted at a restricting position where displacement of the elastic body relative to the socket is restricted. The cover includes two side walls sandwiching the housing portion, one of the housing portion and the side walls has a recess, and the other has a protrusion fitted into the recess when the cover is at the restricting position.
Device for the sliding movement of doors and wardrobe doors
A movement device for the sliding movement of furniture and wardrobe doors having inner and outer doors which slide along parallel tracks/guides. The movement device includes inner and outer pairs of carriages each having a roller. The carriages are fixed to the inner front of each door. A plate directly attaches each inner carriage to the inner door. A frame with an inverted U cross-section attaches each outer carriage to the outer door. Air pistons are fixed proximate the ends of the guides, along which the rollers of the carriages slide for the cushioned stop at the end stroke of moving the carriages when opening and closing the doors. The mounting device includes a support member housing a second piston which is surmounted by an elastic clamp. The clamp selectively interfaces with an aligned wedge extending from a carriage from the other door to prevent abutment between door handles.
