A detachable guide assembly for a shower enclosure door includes a frame member defining a boundary of the shower enclosure, a guide member arranged to receive a shower enclosure door and guide sliding movement of the shower enclosure door relative to the frame member. The guide member is detachably fixed to the frame member, and an actuator is operable to detach the guide member from the frame member. The actuator is operable from outside of the shower enclosure.

The invention relates to a furniture hinge (10) having a stop (11), which is associated with a hinge cup element (50) having a hinge cup (52) and with at least one fastening element, in particular a clamping jaw (72.1, 72.2) of a spreading element (72) or a fastening pin (84.1, 84.2), for fastening the stop on a piece of furniture, having at least one actuating element (40, 80.1, 80.2), which is operatively connected to the fastening element, and having a hinge arm (20), which is connected to the hinge cup element in a foldable manner via an articulation connection. An exemplary door control assembly includes a door control and an armature assembly. The door control includes a body and a pinion rotatably mounted to the body for rotation about a rotational axis. The pinion has a radially-outer periphery and a recess is formed in the radially-outer periphery. The armature assembly comprises an armature and a coupler. The armature is rotationally coupled with the pinion, and includes an opening in which the pinion is received. The coupler is movably mounted to the armature for movement between a coupling position and a decoupling position. With the coupler in the coupling position, the coupler projects into the recess and axially couples the armature and the pinion to prevent removal of the armature from the pinion. With the coupler in the decoupling position, the coupler axially decouples the armature and the pinion to permit removal of the armature from the pinion.
