An anchor system for securing a lift cable to a bracket of a movable barrier is provided. The anchor system may include a clevis pin sized to be received in a loop of a lift cable of an upward-moving moveable barrier. In some aspects, the clevis pin may include a first interface portion. The anchor system may also include a lock having a longitudinally extending main body having a second interface portion. The second interface portion may be configured to interface with the first interface portion to prevent axial removal of the clevis pin from the loop of the lift cable.

HINGE FOR MITIGATING FORCE TRANSFER
20250263960 · 2025-08-21 ·

Hinges for mitigating force transfer are disclosed. A hinge coupling a tailgate to a support structure of a vehicle includes a first portion, a second portion, and one or more crumple features. The second portion rotations relative to the first portion to move the tailgate between an open position and a closed position. The one or more crumple features cause a length of the hinge to be reduced when a threshold force is applied to the hinge while the tailgate is in the closed position.

A door stop and door frame assembly to be mounted on a wall, includes: a door stop strip in an elongated strip shape, and including a body and a connecting portion located on one side of the body and an insertion portion connected to the connecting portion, wherein one end of the body is an assembling end; a door frame mounted on the wall, wherein one side of the door frame facing away from wall includes an accommodation groove and an insertion groove that are connected with each other, the connecting portion is located in the accommodation groove, and the insertion portion is located in the insertion groove; a fixing member inserted into the door frame and the door stop strip to fix the door stop strip to the door frame; and the assembling end is connected to a buffer, and the buffer is pushed against a door panel.

CABINET APPARATUS

A cabinet apparatus having a housing and a door. The housing defines a storage space having a front access opening. The door includes a first panel structure having a first sidewall panel having a first interior surface that partially defines the storage space and a first exterior surface and a tubular flange extending lengthwise along the first sidewall panel and protruding from the first exterior surface. A first hinge component is located on the tubular flange. The door includes a door body and a second hinge component thereon. The first and second hinge components are operably coupled to one another so that the door is pivotably mounted to the housing to be rotatable about a rotational axis between: (1) a closed position in which the door body encloses the front access opening; and (2) an open position in which the storage space is accessible via the front access opening.

GATE
20250297517 · 2025-09-25 ·

A gate apparatus comprising a mounting structure and at least one hinge. The hinge has a first pivoting part, a second pivoting part, and a spring element, the first pivoting part being attachable to the mounting structure. A swingable structure is attachable to the second pivoting part of the hinge. The first and second pivoting parts define an internal space in which the spring is received so as to be entirely enclosed, the internal space being formed by opposed recesses defined in the pivoting parts. In addition, the internal space is configured to allow the spring element to be seated in the internal space in a selected one of a first orientation and a second orientation allowing the first pivoting part and the second pivoting part of the at least one hinge to be aligned or perpendicular when the swingable structure is in a closed position.

TWO-STEP HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR A DOOR COVER
20250320759 · 2025-10-16 ·

A two-step hinge assembly for a door cover that provides access to an opening defined by a body panel includes a hinge inlet attached to the door cover, a hinge neck rotatably mounted to the body panel about a main axis of rotation, a retaining member actuated between an engaged position and a disengaged position, and a biasing member. The biasing member exerts a biasing force upon the retaining member to maintain the retaining member in the engaged position, where the retaining member is urged from the engaged position into the disengaged position when an actuation force that opposes the biasing force is exerted upon the retaining member. The retaining member disengages with a mating feature of the hinge inlet when urged into the disengaged position to allow the hinge inlet to rotate independently about a local axis of rotation.
