An embodiment door mounting unit for a vehicle includes a body hinge shaft and first mounting portions disposed at both ends of the body hinge shaft, wherein the body hinge shaft is configured to be elongated in a door opening of a vehicle body along a pillar in a height direction of the vehicle body and is configured to be mounted on the vehicle body by the first mounting portions.

A door system having a linkage assembly with a drive arm and an attendant arm coupled at the ends through a gear joint. The gear joint has drive teeth on an end of the drive arm and attendant teeth on an end of the attendant arm. The drive arm is coupled to a motor in the door system that is coupled to a door, or a door frame or a wall. The attendant arm is coupled to the opposite of the door, or the door frame or the wall to which the door system is coupled. When the door system is installed on the push side or the pull side of the door the drive arm and the attendant arm are parallel with the door and the upper door frame. During operation the motor transfers the torque from the motor through the gear joint to open the door.

A refrigerator includes at least one hinge assembly configured to hinge a door to a cabinet. The at least one hinge assembly includes a mounting block coupled to, and that extends at least partially along, the door. A hinge bracket is coupled to the cabinet. The hinge bracket is coupled to a top panel of the cabinet and includes an upward extending flange that spans a width of the cabinet and that is coplanar with a front panel of the door. A hinge pin is disposed between the mounting block and the hinge bracket and is coupled thereto such that the entirety of the hinge pin is external to the door and is positioned between the door and the hinge bracket.

A nut leadscrew type automatic door opening and closing mechanism for moving a door of a motor vehicle relative to a vehicle body. The nut leadscrew type automatic door opening and closing mechanism includes a driving device, a leadscrew, a nut pushing block and a pushing rod. The driving device is fixedly connected to a door, the leadscrew is rotatably mounted on the door, the nut pushing block is sleeved on the leadscrew, a first end of the pushing rod is hinged to the nut pushing block, and a second end of the pushing rod is hinged to the vehicle body. The driving device is capable of driving the leadscrew to rotate, so as to allow the nut pushing block and the pushing rod to be reciprocally linearly movable along the leadscrew to allow the pushing rod to drive the door to open or close relative to the vehicle body.

A hinge structure includes a cabinet plate defining a first face and a second face, the cabinet plate including a first fastening hole, a stiffener plate in planar contact with the first face of the cabinet plate along the Z-axis, the stiffener plate including a second fastening hole, a hinge plate in planar contact with the second face of the cabinet plate along the Z-axis, the hinge plate including a locating hole, and a fastener for fastening the cabinet plate to the stiffener plate, the fastener protruding through the first fastening hole and the second fastening hole along the Z-axis and including a fastener head, wherein the fastener head is cylindrical and accepted within the locating hole of the hinge plate.

A vehicle tailgate assembly includes a vehicle body structure, a tailgate, a hinge assembly and a bumper. The vehicle body structure defines a tailgate opening and having a hinge support section. The tailgate is installed to the vehicle body structure for movement between an upright orientation and a horizontal orientation. The hinge assembly has a first portion installed to the hinge support section and a second portion installed to the tailgate. The bumper is installed to the vehicle body structure proximate the hinge support section such that with the tailgate in the upright orientation, the second portion of the hinge assembly contacts the bumper.

An outer cover covers the driving device and the control device and includes a window in which the control panel is located.

The invention relates to a hinge for a furniture item or a domestic appliance, in particular for a washing machine, having a first hinge part (10) and a second hinge part (40), wherein the two hinge parts (10, 40) are interconnected in an articulated manner by means of two hinge levers (20, 30), wherein a base part (70) is provided that has a fastening portion (71) with fastening elements (72) and also has a holding receptacle (77), wherein the second hinge part (40) is held on the holding receptacle (77), wherein the base part (70) has a fastening portion (75) that interacts with a holding element (41.1) of the second hinge part (40) in order to bring about a releasable connection between the second hinge part (40) and the base part (70), wherein the holding receptacle (77) has a guide (76.1), and wherein, with the connection released, the second hinge part (40) is guided on the base part (70) along the guide (76.1), preferably in a linearly adjustable manner, by means of at least one sliding piece (43). Such a hinge allows heavy doors to be hinged on in a simple manner.
