Furniture rotary system having reduced friction, and a piece of furniture comprising such system
A furniture rotary system (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) for a piece of furniture (10, 20, 30, 40, 50) is provided. The furniture rotary system is forming a sliding rotary connection between a rotational member (120, 210, 320, 410, 520) and a stationary member (110, 220, 310, 420, 510), wherein said furniture rotary system (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) comprises at least one sliding surface (114, 214, 314, 414, 514) being coated with a lacquer comprising a resin, wherein said lacquer in turn is at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating to provide a slide layer with a lowered friction.
Preassembled friction hinge module and hinged system
A hinged system includes a preassembled hinge module for pivotally coupling a first component to a second component. The preassembled hinge module includes a shaft, a torque element frictionally engaging the shaft, and a housing. The housing includes a cover, a side wall, and a rear wall that define an interior space enclosed within the housing. The interior space receives the torque element inside the housing. The cover defines a first aperture, and the rear wall defines a second aperture, the first aperture and the second aperture aligned with a pivot axis of the shaft. The shaft extends through at least the first aperture, the interior space, and the second aperture. The shaft is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the first component. The housing is separate from, and configured to be mounted to, the second component.
PREASSEMBLED FRICTION HINGE MODULE, HINGED SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MAKING PREASSEMBLED FRICTION HINGE MODULES AND SYSTEMS
LUBRICATING GREASE COMPOSITION, CLUTCH AND POWER WINDOW MOTOR
A lubricating grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener, and a solid lubricant, wherein the base oil is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a kinematic viscosity of 600 to 2000 mm.sup.2/s at 40 C., the thickener is a barium complex soap, and the solid lubricant is an inorganic fine particle with Mohs hardness of 3 to 6 and an average particle size of 10 to 40 m.
FURNITURE ROTARY SYSTEM HAVING REDUCED FRICTION, AND A PIECE OF FURNITURE COMPRISING SUCH SYSTEM
A furniture rotary system for a piece of furniture is provided. The furniture rotary system is forming a sliding rotary connection between a rotational member and a stationary member wherein said furniture rotary system comprises at least one sliding surface being coated with a lacquer comprising a resin, wherein said lacquer in turn is at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating to provide a slide layer with a lowered friction.
Furniture fitting
A furniture fitting for movably supporting a furniture part on a furniture carcass, includes a first component and a second component. The two components are connected to each other via at least one pivot bearing having a bearing axis, and the first component includes a first wall. The at least one pivot bearing includes at least one capillary disc having a second wall, and the second wall is spaced from the first wall of the first component by a, preferably annular, gap having a gap width. The gap width at least partially decreases radially in a direction of the bearing axis, so that a lubricant filled into the gap can be transferred radially in a direction towards the bearing axis and/or along the bearing axis by a capillary force.
Window regulator
A window regulator has a guide rail extending in a drive direction of a window glass, and a slider supporting the window glass and supported on the guide rail so as to slide in the drive direction. In the window regulator, the guide rail has a grease application region extending in the drive direction, and the slider has multiple grease application portions provided along the drive direction to apply grease in a stepwise manner to the grease application region.
VEHICULAR OPENING-CLOSING BODY DRIVING DEVICE
A vehicular opening-closing body driving device that supplies a grease to sliding portions of a drive drum and a drum housing to ensure a smooth performance while ensuring reductions of manufacturing cost, manufacturing time, and manufacturing process is provided. The vehicular opening-closing body driving device includes a drive drum, a drum housing, and sliding portions. A drive wire is wound around the drive drum. The drive wire is a wire for driving a vehicular opening-closing body. The drum housing rotatably houses and supports the drive drum. A sliding portion is disposed between a bottom surface of the drum housing and a facing surface of the drive drum. The facing surface faces the bottom surface. The drum housing includes a grease supply hole for supplying a grease to the sliding portion.
Oiling System For Hinges
Oil System for Hinges is a mechanism that provides door hinges with a controlled consistent oiling to prevent the problems related to the lack of lubrication or/and for the sake of scenting. It is mainly a small article placed on the top of the hinge pin cap. It is provided with a lubricant chamber and a lubricant flow-controlling mechanism. The means of controlling the lubricant flow can be passive, active or indirect.
SHAFT COVER FOR A QUIET GARAGE DOOR HINGE
A hinge for operably coupling panels of a garage door may include a first leaf assembly, a second leaf assembly, a tubular pivot support operably coupling the first leaf assembly to the second leaf assembly, a shaft cover, and a roller assembly. The roller assembly may include a roller and a shaft. The shaft may be configured to pass through the tubular pivot support with the shaft cover disposed between the shaft and the tubular pivot support. The shaft cover may include a substantially cylindrically shaped shaft cover body extending from a first axial end to a second axial end of the shaft cover, and a relief slot formed in the shaft cover body extending from the first axial end to the second axial end.
