Hinge for furniture or domestic appliances
A hinge comprises a hinge part, which can be secured on a door of the shutter and is mounted on a side part such that it can be pivoted via a carrying lever and a guide lever, also comprises at least one spring, by means of which the hinge part, in a self-retracting region of the hinge, is prestressed into a closed position, and further comprises a linear damper with a piston rod, which can be moved relative to a damper housing and is intended for damping a closing and/or opening movement of the hinge part, wherein a deflecting element is provided, said deflecting element being mounted on the side part such that it can be rotated about an axis and being arranged between the damper and the guide lever so that, during a closing movement of the hinge part, it moves the damper in order to generate a damping force, wherein, during an opening movement of the hinge part, the deflecting element moves the damper in order to generate a damping force before the fully open position of the hinge part has been reached. This makes it possible to avoid hard impact of a door in the opening direction.

A lifting system for door leaves of furniture that swing about at least one horizontal axis between a closed position and a raised open position, the lifting system comprising a supporting body which can be connected to a fixed portion of the item of furniture, a system of articulated levers which are connected to the supporting body and to a door leaf of the item of furniture, the system of levers comprising a first lever which has an end connected rotatably to the supporting body and a second lever, the first lever and the second lever being mutually articulated at the respective other ends, and elastic actuation means, which are functionally connected to the system of articulated levers in order to generate a rotation torque for the system of levers, and further comprising elastic initial opening means.
Overhead luggage compartment for an aircraft
The invention relates to an overhead luggage compartment for an aircraft, comprising an upper luggage compartment element, a lower luggage compartment element movable between a locked and an open position, a holding device for holding the lower luggage compartment element in the closed position, a lifting spring for supporting the movement of the lower luggage compartment element from the open position to the closed position, and a retaining device for fixing the lifting spring in the tensioned state in the open position of the lower luggage compartment element. An operating handle for releasing the retaining device in the open position of the lower luggage compartment element is provided, wherein the lower luggage compartment element is movable, optionally with support by the lifting spring or with the lifting spring fixed in a tensioned state, from the open position to the closed position.
Keyless access for commercial vehicles
A commercial vehicle used for parcel delivery is installed with a control module. The control module communicates wirelessly with a transmitter to give control to the vehicle operator. The vehicle operator can access the vehicle's cargo compartment through the bulkhead door and/or the rear door solely by using the transmitter as opposed to manually actuating the door latch. A door actuator is added to the bulkhead door such that when the bulkhead door is wirelessly actuated the door opens without operator assistance, and the process of the door opening does not damage the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle operator can initiate the control module to allow a push-button start and stop of the vehicle's ignition system. Such elements contribute to time savings and cost savings for parcel delivery operators.
Drive device
A drive device has a spindle drive having a threaded spindle and a spindle nut arranged on the threaded spindle. The spindle drive is configured to drive a first component element and a second component element so as to be axially movable relative to one another. The spindle drive is reversibly rotatably drivable around an axis of rotation extending coaxial to the threaded spindle by a rotatably driven driveshaft arranged in a housing so as to be fixed with respect to rotation. A brake device prevents axially relative movement of the first component element and second component element relative to one another through axial application of force to the first component element and/or second component element.
ACTUATING ARM DRIVE
Actuating arm drive for at least one pivotably mounted actuating arm, in particular for driving a flap of a piece of furniture, comprising a plurality of articulatedly interconnected levers, wherein at least a first lever and a second lever of the actuating arm drive are arranged parallel to one another with a lateral spacing, and the levers each have two axial bores with a first standard spacing, through each of which bores an axial pin projects, wherein a third lever is provided which has receptacles for the axial pins with a second standard spacing, wherein the second standard spacing is greater or less than the first standard spacing, and wherein the axial pins each project through the axial bores of the first and second lever and are at least partially received in the receptacles of the third lever.
AUTOMATIC DOOR ASSEMBLY HAVING A SENSOR DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN AUTOMATIC DOOR ASSEMBLY OF THIS KIND
An automatic door system (1) comprises at least one door leaf (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) which can be moved by a drive apparatus (6). A control device (7) is designed to control the drive apparatus (6) in such a way that the latter moves the at least one door leaf (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). A sensor device (8) comprises a first area scan camera (9a) which comprises an image sensor, the first area scan camera (9a) being designed to generate first image data from a detection area (11) within which the automatic door system (1) can be monitored. The control device (7) is designed to determine whether the at least one door leaf (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) can be moved safely by means of a detailed analysis based on at least a portion of the first image data from the first area scan camera (9a) and at least one additional piece of information (12). The sensor device (8) comprises an information-generating device (13) which is separate from the first area scan camera (9a) and contributes to the generation of the at least one piece of additional information (12).
DOOR OPERATOR ASSEMBLY
A combination door operator assembly and door, wherein the door operator assembly includes an operator unit mounted to the door on the pushing side thereof, an arm linkage having a driving arm and a driven arm, a second mounting bracket preferably on the frame of the door, a rechargeable power storage pack having at least one of a rechargeable battery and one or more capacitors, and a controller, for monitoring a speed and a position of the door, wherein when the door moves faster than a predetermined speed, the motor is used as a generator to charge the rechargeable power storage pack and the speed of the door is reduced.

A cooking appliance includes a housing having a stowage compartment, a door for closing a cooking chamber, and a door opening mechanism constructed to automatically move the door at least in a section of an entire movement path between a closed position and an open position of the door, in which open position the door is retractable into the stowage compartment of the housing. The door opening mechanism includes an actuation unit which is configured to automatically tilt the door from the closed position into an intermediate position located such that any further movement of the door from the intermediate position into the open position is implemented automatically under the force of gravity of the door.
