20190032382 · 2019-01-31 ·

The invention relates to a hinge band (1) for a partition element (2), particularly for a door or for a window. The invention furthermore relates to a partition installation having a hinge band (1) of this type. The hinge band (1) has a first band part (3) and a second band part (4), wherein the first band part (3) is connected to the second band part (4) for hinge action about a hinge axle pin (9) in such a manner that the first band part (3) is rotatable relative to the second band part (4) about a rotation axis (10). Furthermore, a lifting/lowering installation (11) is provided, wherein on account of the lifting/lowering installation (11) the first band part (3) in a movement of the first band part (3) relative to the second band part (4) about the rotation axis (10) is moved along the rotation axis (10). The lifting/lowering installation (11) has a first hinge axle unit (12) which is disposed on the first band part (3), and a second hinge axle unit (13) which is disposed on the second band part (4). The first hinge axle unit (12) has a first running face (20) that is configured so as to be concave. The second hinge axle unit (13) has a second running face (35) that is configured so as to be convex. The first running face (20) is disposed on the second running face (35), wherein the first running face (20) is configured so as to be movable relative to the second running face (35).

Hinge assembly for an insulated door

The hinge assembly comprises a housing for mounting on a cabinet and a post member for mounting on a door and for rotation relative to the housing. A first electrical contact is mounted within the housing for connection to a source of electrical power in the cabinet and a second electrical contact is disposed in the post in electrical contact with the first contact for connection to an electrical appliance in the door. In one embodiment, the electrical contacts rotate relative to each other as the post member pivots on the housing while in other embodiments; the electrical contacts remain stationary relative to each other as the post member pivots on the housing.

Sliding rail type low-obstacle linkage shower room and installation method

A sliding rail low-obstacle linkage shower room include an upper rail and a lower rail, a fixed glass, a primary shower glass and a secondary shower glass. The lower rail is correspondingly fixed on a bottom of the secondary shower glass. A sliding block unit is installed on the lower rail. The sliding block unit includes a fixed portion, a sliding groove and a guidance sliding portion. The fixed portion is fixed on the bottom of the secondary shower glass. A bottom of the primary shower glass is inserted into the sliding groove to form a linkage. The guidance sliding portion is glidingly engaged with the lower rail. The linkage shower room has a simple structure which can be easily manufactured.

DEMOUNTABLE WALL SYSTEM

A demountable modular wall system for a building having a floor and a ceiling. The system includes panels having a top end and a bottom end with a movement direction defined perpendicularly therebetween. A height adjustment mechanism is positioned between the bottom end of one of the panels and the floor. The height adjustment mechanism has a mounting bracket that sandwiches the bottom end of the one of the panels. The height adjustment mechanism includes a receiving cylinder that threadingly engages with a first member. The first member also threadingly engages with a second member positioned between the first member and the floor. The first member is moveable relative to the receiving cylinder in the movement direction such that rotation of the first member selectively adjusts the height of the one of the panels.

Low-bulkiness hinge

A hinge for cold rooms or glass shutters, coupling a stationary support structure and a shutter movable between an open position and a shutter position, includes a hinge body having a working chamber; a pivot defining a first longitudinal axis coupled to the hinge body to rotate around the first axis between the open and the closed shutter position; a cam element integral with the pivot; a plunger element sliding in the working chamber along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis, the plunger element having a slider with an operative face interacting with the cam element; and an elastic counteracting member acting upon the plunger element to move it along the second axis between a position proximal to the bottom wall of the working chamber and a position distal therefrom. The hinge body has a substantially plate shape.

Shower enclosure door system

A shower enclosure door system, having a header with a channel defined between first and second ends. The header further has at least first, second, third, and fourth roller assemblies that travel upon the channel. The first and second brackets receive the first and second ends respectively. The first and second brackets mount onto lateral walls to define a shower enclosure. A base assembly comprises third and fourth ends. First and second base brackets mount upon the third and fourth ends respectively. The base assembly mounts onto a mounting surface for the shower enclosure. The first and second brackets support a weight of shower doors of the shower enclosure without side jambs while the shower doors bypass one another.

VEHICLE MANIPULATION DETECTING DEVICE

A vehicle manipulation detecting device includes a plurality of sensor electrodes and a shield electrode. Each of the sensor electrodes is configured to be attached to a window glass of a vehicle and output a detection signal corresponding to a capacitance changed in response to contact or approach of an object. The sensor electrodes include at least one first sensor electrode and at least one second sensor electrode. The shield electrode is arranged at a position corresponding to the first sensor electrode on an inner side of the first sensor electrode with reference to a passenger compartment of the vehicle.

Demountable wall system

A demountable modular wall system including a series of individual glass panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the individual glass panels is supported by a panel height adjustment mechanism that allows the height of each side of the glass panel to be adjusted. Each wall panel includes an upper trim section that is stationary relative to the movable glass panels. Each of the individual glass panels can include a stiffening channel to reinforce the vertical side edges of the glass panel. A vertical trim section can be attached to cover the panel joint between adjacent glass panels. A sliding door track can be attached to the top end of the wall panel to support a sliding door.
