Systems, methods, and apparatus for detecting movable barrier disengagement are provided. A movable barrier operator system includes a motor configured to be coupled to a movable barrier and move the movable barrier, a motor sensor configured to measure a load value of the motor, communication circuitry configured to receive, from a remote control, a state change request to cause movement of the movable barrier, and a processor circuit. The processor circuit is configured to cause actuation of the motor in response to receipt of the state change request, detect, based on the load value, a disengagement between the motor and the movable barrier, and cause a communication to be sent, in response to detecting the disengagement, to a remote server, the communication indicative of motor disengagement.

An appliance includes a door coupled with a front panel of a cabinet that defines an upper pin slot. A top panel of the cabinet is configured to extend over the door when the door is closed. An upper hinge assembly includes an upper hinge pin configured to be rotatably received by the upper pin slot of the door. A fixed bracket has a first portion coupled with the front panel of the cabinet and a second portion that extends perpendicular to the first portion. The second portion defines an opening configured to receive the upper hinge pin. A rotating bracket is coupled with the upper hinge pin and is movable between first and second positions. The rotating bracket is configured to be fixedly coupled with the second portion of the fixed bracket when the rotating bracket is in the second position.

A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a temporary holding mechanism for temporarily holding the swing bar so that the swing bar extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.

An appliance includes a door coupled with a front panel of a cabinet that defines an upper pin slot. A top panel of the cabinet is configured to extend over the door when the door is closed. An upper hinge assembly includes an upper hinge pin configured to be rotatably received by the upper pin slot of the door. A fixed bracket has a first portion coupled with the front panel of the cabinet and a second portion that extends perpendicular to the first portion. The second portion defines an opening configured to receive the upper hinge pin. A rotating bracket is coupled with the upper hinge pin and is movable between first and second positions. The rotating bracket is configured to be fixedly coupled with the second portion of the fixed bracket when the rotating bracket is in the second position.

A window regulator includes a guide rail provided along an ascending/descending direction of a window for a vehicle, a carrier plate that slides on the guide rail and moves together with the window, a window power feed wire for supplying power to the window, a swing bar arranged to be swingable about the rotational axis thereof that is along a width direction of the vehicle, an elastic member that generates an elastic force for swinging the swing bar in a predetermined direction, and a temporary holding mechanism for temporarily holding the swing bar so that the swing bar extends along the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The window power feed wire is hung over the swing bar.

A method for mounting a door drive including a door actuator with a mounting section for the attachment to a counter-mounting section of a door, an attachment device for the attachment to a counter-attachment section of the door and a lever mechanism with a first end and with a second end, for the mobile support of the door actuator at the attachment device between a closing position and an opening position, where the attachment device is disposed at the first end of the lever mechanism and an axle assembly of the door actuator at a second end of the lever mechanism, and with an actuating unit of the door actuator for moving the axle assembly of the door actuator.

An actuating drive for moving a furniture part movably supported relative to a furniture carcass, includes at least one pivotally mounted actuating arm for moving the movable furniture part, a spring device for applying a force to the actuating arm, and a locking device for releasably locking the actuating arm. The locking device includes at least one movably-mounted locking element cooperating with at least one locking recess in a position in which the actuating arm is locked. The locking element can be unlocked from the at least one locking recess by a switch element to be operated manually, and can also be unlocked by a control portion arranged on the actuating arm. The control portion can be acted upon by mounting the movable furniture part to the actuating arm.

A furniture drive for moving a movably mounted furniture part relative to a furniture body includes a drive unit to be mounted on or in the furniture body, and at least one movably mounted actuating part for moving the movable furniture part. A mounting stop that can be applied to the furniture body is provided on the drive unit.

A hinge brace for supporting doors to be painted is provided. The brace is connected to standard door hinge hardware using either the existing door hinge pin or a disposable pin of smaller diameter. By allowing the bracing of multiple doors at the hinge, the painter can more safely and efficiently prepare and paint multiple doors in one painting session. The hinge brace of the present invention accommodates supporting two or more doors for painting and saves time by not requiring the painter to remove door hinge hardware.

A device for moving a furniture part on an item of furniture, including a guide configured as an articulated lever releasably disposed on an assembly member of the device, which is assembled on the furniture part. The guide includes a securing member movably disposed on the articulated lever and capable of being positioned relative to the articulated lever. In a first position of the securing member a pivoting range of the guide is delimited by the securing member such that the guide in a closing movement is not capable of being moved from the opened position to the closed position. In a second position of the securing member the pivoting range of the guide is released such that the guide, in the closing movement from the opened position, reaches the closed position.
