Door opening/closing device
09631410 · 2017-04-25 · ·

A door opening/closing device includes a shaft member installed on a first door panel side so that it cannot rotate. Both ends of a torsion spring in the door opening/closing device are latched to a second door panel side via torsion spring latching walls, and a center portion of the torsion spring is latched to the first door panel side via a latched member, a latching portion, and the shaft member. When the first door panel and the second door panel are pulled from the state in which the doorway is closed, the first door panel and the second door panel fold about an outside cylindrical member as center. The outside cylindrical member rotates relative to the shaft member. First and second coil portions deform elastically in the direction that they are each wound tighter, and the first and second door panels are opened and the doorway is opened.

PARTITION SYSTEM

In a partition system partitions there are two or more doors, positioned in a common plane. Adjacent doors have angled sides that meet when the doors are closed. Each door is attached to a post or partition by a pair of hinges and is mounted so that there is a space adjacent each side surface of the doors when the front surfaces of those doors are parallel to the common plane. When the front surfaces of those doors are parallel to the common plane each door is mounted so that and any sight line through each space will intersect at least one of the spaced apart posts and the spaced apart partitions when the front surfaces of the doors are parallel to the common plane.

The hinges may provide an axis of rotation that is inward from the edge of the door. The partitions are preferably mounted on frame members that have an L-shaped or inverted T-shaped cross-section. The partitions have a slot along one side which receives the upright portion of the frame members.

Door system and module therefore

A door module for use with a door system, and applications thereof, are disclosed. The door module comprises a door frame and a door articulated to the door frame, a touchless door module comprising a door motor assembly, a door locking assembly, a control assembly and a power source. The door motor assembly can be configured for displacing the door between an open position and a closed position, responsive to a door opening signal or a door closing signal, respectively, emitted from the control assembly. The locking assembly can be configured for displacing a locking bolt between a locked position at which it is engageable with a locking strike, responsive to a locking signal emitted from the control assembly, and an unlocked position, responsive to an unlocking signal emitted from the control assembly. The control assembly comprises in some embodiments at least one touchless inside sensor, wherein an entrance signal includes a signal received form the at least one inside touchless sensor, resulting in generating a door closing signal and an occupied signal, and an exit signal received by the at least one inside sensor resulting in generating a door opening signal. The control assembly may further comprise a signaling system configured for emitting noticeable door mode indicia responsive to door parameters.

An example firearm receptacle includes a mounting structure, a firearm holder, and a door stopper. The mounting structure is configured to be fixably mounted to one of a wall or a door. The door stopper is configured to transition between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the example embodiment, the door stopper is configured to impede the opening of the door when the door stopper is in the deployed position and to allow the opening of the door when the door stopper is in the stowed position. The door stopper is additionally configured to prevent the door stopper from transitioning to the stowed position when a firearm is disposed in the firearm holder.
