Hinge and System for Detachably Connecting a Door to a Frame
The invention relates to a hinge for releasably connecting a door to a frame, including: a frame part for fastening to the frame, a door part for fastening to the door, a hinge pin having a pin axis and a locking element. The frame part and the door part are movable relative to one another along the pin axis between a pivoted position and an installed position; in the pivoted position the frame part and the door part are connected to one another in such a way that the frame part and the door part are pivotable relative to one another about the pin axis between an open position and a closed position. The locking element is adjustable between a locking position and a release position, and the movement of the frame part and of the door part relative to one another along the pin axis from the pivoted position into the installed position is positively inhibited by the locking element the locking position and is freed by the locking element in the release position, the locking element being retained on the frame part or on the door part so as to be adjustable between the locking position and the release position.
ACCESS DOOR FOR A STORAGE UNIT
A storage unit having an interior containment space. The storage unit includes a connection member, an access door coupled to the storage unit via a hinge and adapted to cover at least a portion of the interior containment space, and a biasing member having opposing first and second ends. The first end is coupled to the access door, and the second end is releasably coupled to the connection member. The second end is adapted to be released from the connection member when the access door is overextended or opened with too great a force.
Systems and Methods for a Hinge
A hinge is provided for hingedly connecting an enclosure door to an enclosure body. The hinge can include a set of hinge leafs, which can include a first leaf and a second leaf, a pin, and a fastener. The pin can extend from the first leaf and can be removably receivable within a pocket in the second leaf. The pin can have a groove extending inward from and around the periphery of the pin and positioned between the proximal pin end and the distal pin end. The fastener can extend into the pocket and at least partially into the groove when the hinge is in a locked configuration, inhibiting the separation of the first and second leafs, and removed from the groove when the hinge is in an unlocked configuration allowing the separation of the first and second leafs.
TELECOMMUNICATION CABINET WITH REPLACEABLE CABINET DOOR MODULE
A telecommunication cabinet includes a cabinet body, a cabinet door module, and a detachable hinge. The cabinet body includes a cabinet and a telecommunication module disposed in the cabinet. The cabinet door module includes a cabinet door and a function module. The detachable hinge includes a first shaft seat, a second shaft seat and a pivot shaft. The cabinet door module is pivotally rotatable with respect to the cabinet through the pivot shaft inserted to the first shaft seat and the second shaft seat. The cabinet door module is detachably coupled to the cabinet body to facilitate replacement.
Electrical cabinet
An electrical cabinet includes a frame hinge fixed to a frame of the cabinet and a door hinge fixed to a door of the cabinet. The frame hinge forms an insertion window for receiving the door hinge. A hinge pin is inserted through aligned seats of the frame hinge. The door hinge is inserted into the insertion window around the hinge pin. A blocking screw or pin is inserted through a third seat in a direction substantially perpendicular to the hinge pin to block the hinge pin and secure the door to the frame.
CONCEALED HINGE ASSEMBLY
A concealed door hinge is disclosed having a high security that cannot be accessed from outside a cabinet on which the hinge is used. The door hinge is capable of being mounted to a thin (0.056 to 0.25 inches thick) metal door of a cabinet without using any additional fastening means.
ARTICULATING HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING AN ACCESS DOOR ON A GAMING MACHINE CABINET
A hinge assembly for securing a door on a gaming machine cabinet includes a first flange coupled to the door, a second flange coupled to the cabinet, a first link pair coupled to and extending from the first flange at a first pivot joint, a second link pair coupled to and extending from the first flange at a second pivot joint, a third link pair coupled to the first link pair at a third pivot joint, wherein the third link pair is further coupled to the second flange at a fourth pivot joint, and wherein the third link pair is further coupled to the second link pair at a fifth pivot joint, and a fourth link pair coupled to the second flange at a sixth pivot joint, wherein the fourth link pair is further coupled to the second link pair at a seventh pivot joint.
HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR A SWITCH CABINET
The invention relates to a hinge assembly for a switch cabinet, comprising a housing-side hinge half and a door-side hinge half, which are connected to one another such that they swivel in relation to one another, wherein the housing-side hinge half has a mounting flange for securing to a vertical profile of a switch cabinet housing, as well as two hinge bolts extending in a vertical direction, arranged at a distance to one another in the vertical direction and facing one another with the free ends thereof, wherein the hinge bolts are accommodated in a respective bolt seat of the housing-side hinge half, wherein the hinge bolts are accommodated in their respective bolt seat such that they cannot move at least in the vertical direction, and in that they protrude from the respective bolt seat via their free ends, wherein the door-side hinge half has a bolt-receiving means with a vertical measurement that is less than or equal to the distance of the free ends of the hinge bolts.
Rotatable battery mount for electronic locking devices
A rotatable battery mount includes a lock plate configured to be operatively coupled to a housing for an electronic locking device. The housing may be configured to mount to a panel or door of a cabinet or other article of furniture. A battery plate is pivotably coupled to the lock plate, and a battery case operatively coupled to the battery plate and configured to contain at least one battery for powering the electronic locking device. A hinge couples the lock plate and the battery plate, the hinge being configured to permit the battery plate to shift relative to the lock plate between a first position and a second position, the hinge configured to releasably secure the battery plate in at least the first position.
GUIDE SYSTEM FOR GUIDING A MOVABLY MOUNTED DOOR LEAF
A guide system includes a guide rail for guiding a door wing, a running carriage to be connected to the door wing and displaceably supported along the guide rail, and a carrier on which the running carriage can be arranged. The carrier is movably supported in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail. The carrier can be moved into a transfer position in which the carrier adjoins the guide rail in the longitudinal direction. A locking device can releasably lock the carrier in the transfer position to restrain a movement in the transverse direction. The locking device includes a movably-supported locking element for releasably locking between the guide rail and the carrier, and a control contour curved so that the running carriage can be moved over a region in the transverse direction. The movably-supported locking element includes a supporting element displaceable along the control contour.
