FENESTRATION UNIT WITH SASH RETENTION SYSTEM
A fenestration unit includes a fenestration frame with a first frame member, and a sash including a sash frame to support a glazing unit. The fenestration unit includes a channel defined in one of the first frame member and the sash frame that extends along a first axis. The fenestration unit includes a retainer base associated with the other of the first frame member and the sash frame that extends along the first axis. The fenestration unit includes a retainer removably coupled to the first frame member and the sash frame to removably retain the sash frame on the fenestration frame. The retainer has a first retainer arm, a second retainer arm and a third retainer arm. The third retainer arm is movably coupled to the channel and the first retainer arm is movably coupled to the retainer base.

Mountable cover, blind and/or shade for glass/glazing panels in windows, skylights, walls or doors
A mountable cover provides a shade or blind for glass/glazing panels for window structures, doors, walls, elevated windows, and skylights. The mountable cover comprises a mounting frame with a panel composed of a material adapted to block at least a portion of light external to and traversing the window glass, the panel sitting parallel to and covering a portion of the window glass to block the light that has traversed the window glass. At least one fastening mechanism comprises one or more magnets and metal plates having a top wall, bottom wall and side walls. Each of the magnets is located on the mounting frame and is adapted to engage with one of the metal plates, which are mounted on the window. When brought into engagement with the metal plates the magnets and plates operate to mount the mountable cover over the window.

GASKET RAILING SYSTEM FOR A WINDOW FRAME
Embodiments described herein may be directed towards a gasket railing system including a rail, such that the rail includes a rail gasket at least partially disposed within the rail and a leg insertion guide disposed within the rail gasket. The leg insertion guide may form a leg insertion cavity configured to receive a window frame leg. The rail gasket may be made up of a pliable material, and the leg insertion guide may be made up of a rigid material. The window frame leg may be attached to at least one side of a window frame made up of four window sides. The window frame may fully encase a window pane. A first horizontal width of at least one of the window frame sides may be greater than or equal to one half of a horizontal width of the rail.

Combination pressure plate
A glazing system for holding glazing units to a frame member has an aluminum pressure plate and a composite plate co-extruded from a plurality of polymers and having a pair of gaskets and a central isolator. A pair of polymer extrusions extend from the isolator and have ledges at the end that embrace and seal against the metal plate. The metal and composite plates are coupled together by a pair of ribs extending from the composite plate into a pair of slots in the metal plate.
Pane assembly, in particular pane assembly for vehicle body
In a pane arrangement, in particular a body-pane arrangement, comprising at least one glass pane and a profile frame component bordering the glass pane, placed on the pane edge on one side of the glass pane, it is provided that the profile frame component is multi-layered, and that one layer that may be coated onto the glass pane is made of a hard material and at least one additional layer is made of a soft material, and in that the profile frame component has holding elements that may be engaged with the glass pane in its layer made of hard material, and has protruding projections protruding over the layer of hard material in its layer made of soft material.

TAGS HAVING SMART CHIPS HIDDEN IN WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A frame for a window or door having a panel secured thereto and a tag having a smart chip secured thereto disposed within a recess in the frame with the smart chip being hidden from the exterior of the frame. The smart chip which may be an NCF chip is structured to receive and store data and to be accessible for data access from outside of the frame by authorized sources. A related method provides the frame with a tag receiving recess, inserting the tag into the recess where it is hidden from view outside of the frame. Digital information is introduced into the smart chip with it being accessible from outside of the frame by a plurality of authorized users.
