Thermally-Broken Ornamental Door
A thermally-broken ornamental door includes a thermally-broken door and a thermally-broken jamb through which thermal transfer is greatly minimized. The thermally-broken door includes an outer panel and an inner panel that are minimally connected through a plurality of door bridging strips. The thermally-broken jamb includes an outer jamb frame and an inner jamb frame that are minimally connected through a plurality of jamb bridging strips. An insulating foam panel is present between the outer panel and the inner panel while an insulating foam core is present between the outer jamb frame and the inner jamb frame. A window assembly is hingedly mounted into the thermally-broken door and includes a retaining spacer frame that minimizes thermal transfer from an exterior environment to an inner window frame through a glass panel of the window assembly. The retaining spacer frame additionally provides structural support to the glass panel.

RETAINERS AND RETAINER KITS FOR PREHUNG DOOR ASSEMBLIES AND RELATED METHODS
Retainer kits for prehung door assemblies comprise a plug portion and a clip portion. The plug portion is sized to extend from a face bore, through an edge bore, and into a strike bore of the prehung door assembly. The plug portion includes at least a first passage extending transversely through the plug portion. The clip portion includes two or more legs including a first leg and a second leg that is spaced apart from and generally parallel to the first leg, and a bridge that interconnects the first and second legs. The first and second legs are spaced and sized to extend on opposed sides of a strike jamb of the prehung door assembly, with one of the first and second legs extending through the first passage of the plug portion. Prehung door assemblies and methods of retaining prehung door assemblies also are disclosed.

PRE-HUNG DOORS AND METHODS OF INSTALLATION THEREFOR
The present invention provides a pre-hung door assembly containing a door slab hung inside a door frame. The margins (space between the perimeter of the door and the frame) between the door slab and the door frame are maintained using at least one door jamb margin holder, at least one door lock margin holder, at least one bottom margin holder, or combinations of these holders. The margin holders allow the margins to be maintained and prevent unwanted opening of the door during the shipping and transportation of the door assembly. The jambs of door frame may include predrilled holes for securing the door assembly to the door opening. Details for the door jamb margin holder, the door lock margin holder, and the bottom margin; and methods for installation of the door assembly are also provided.

Opening/closing device
Provided is an opening/closing device that includes a structure for inhibiting a brake engage part or a lock engage part from touching an object or the like and that prevent the perimeter of a guide rail from becoming thick due to the structure. In an opening/closing device in which a brake engage part is caused to engage with a first engaged part by a close prevention device to put a brake on the closing operation of an opening/closing body, a space adjacent to the horizontal width direction end face of the opening/closing body and continuous in the opening/closing body opening/closing direction is ensured, the space is encompassed in the opening/closing body opening/closing direction by the horizontal width direction end face of the opening/closing body, the guide rail, and the support member, and a detach spot for the first engaged part and the brake engage part is arranged within the space.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR MOUNTING DOOR FRAMES
The present invention relates to a door frame, particularly a door frame for a pre-hung door assembly, which is foldable to minimize storage space and to allow for enhanced logistic efficiencies. The door frame contains parallel, spaced apart, vertical jambs and a horizontal header connecting the top ends of the jambs. Each of the jambs and the horizontal header contains a front section and back section that are hingedly joined so that then can be folded on to each other. The hingedly joined front and back sections allow the door fame to be foldable to minimize space occupied during storage.
