The at least one clamping clip and the channel connect via key arrangements configured to intermesh at a plurality of positions thereby enabling decorative panels of differing thicknesses to be accommodated and clamped to the frame.

In accordance with the present disclosure, a window sill track seal gasket may comprise a base portion which may be secured to a window sill frame and a protrusion portion which may be tapered and may extend upwardly from the base portion. The window sill frame may be configured for receiving a window. As a window is installed, the protrusion portion may engage a bottom surface of the window, flexing downwardly, and creating a seal between the distal end of the protrusion portion and the bottom surface of the window to prevent water leakage.
