MODULAR PANELED PARTITION WALL
A modular paneled partition includes a first pane panel defining a first panel bottom edge, a first panel upper edge, and a first panel thickness; a second pane panel defining a second panel bottom edge, a second panel upper edge, and a second panel thickness; a wall bottom edge structure including a fixed profile and a movable profile supporting the first and second pane panels and engaged with the fixed profile along an adjustment direction, and means for adjusting position of the movable profile, the movable profile defining a first and a second outer longitudinal sides, and a third side between the first and second outer longitudinal sides. The movable profile has a first bottom channel accommodating the first panel bottom edge, and a second bottom channel accommodating the second panel bottom edge. A wall upper edge structure has a first upper channel accommodating the first panel upper edge, and a second upper channel accommodating the second panel upper edge. Sliding means allow adjusting the first and second panel upper edges according to the adjustment direction. A first aluminum gasket profile is interposed between the first bottom channel and the first panel bottom edge. A second aluminum gasket profile is interposed between the second bottom channel and the second panel bottom edge.
PANEL DOORS AND RELATED METHOD
A door is provided that includes a door panel having a periphery and opposite first and second panel surfaces, stiles and rails collectively surrounding the panel, and sealant. The stiles have channeled stile surfaces extending across a thickness of the stiles and facing one another. The rails have channeled rail surfaces extending across a thickness of the rails and facing one another. The channeled stile surfaces and the channeled rail surfaces include channels with open ends that receive the periphery of the panel, first grooves positioned at first interfaces of the first panel surface and first edges of the open ends of the channels, and second grooves positioned at second interfaces of the second panel surface and second edges of the open ends of the channels. The sealant is received in the first and second grooves, preferably forming a water-proof seal.
Insulating glazing unit
An insulating glazing unit, includes at least two glass panes and a circumferential spacer profile between them near their edges, for use in a window, a door, or a façade glazing, which has in each case an electrically conductive frame surrounding the edges of the insulating glazing, wherein at least one RFID transponder is attached to the insulating glazing unit as an identification element, wherein the at least one transponder is arranged at a corner of the insulating glazing unit.
Insulating glazing unit
An insulating glazing unit that has at least two glass panes and a circumferential spacer profile between them near their edges, for use in a window, a door, or a façade glazing, which has in each case a frame surrounding the edges of the insulating glazing, into which the insulating glazing is inserted using spacers, wherein at least one RFID transponder is attached to the insulating glazing unit as an identification element, wherein the a least one transponder is positioned at the edge or on the boundary edge of a glass pane such that, in the installed state of the window, door, or façade glazing, it is positioned on or above a spacer in the surrounding, in particular metallic, frame.
PROFILED ELEMENT FOR DOORS/WINDOWS MADE OF PLASTIC MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR PVC
The profiled element (1) comprises: one main portion (2) defining a holding surface (2a) for a central panel (3) of a door/window (4), the main portion (2) being adapted to form a perimeter frame (5) of the door/window (4); one retaining portion (6) which defines an abutment surface (6a) of the central panel (3) and is adapted to fasten the central panel (3) to the perimeter frame (5); and non-removable connection means (7) which connect the main portion (2) to the retaining portion (6) and are adapted to allow the movement of the retaining portion (6) between a raised configuration, wherein it frees superiorly the holding surface (2a), and a retaining configuration, wherein it faces the holding surface (2a).
BEAD FOR A FRAME MEMBER
A bead for releasably securing a glazing unit to a frame member, comprising a body having a first end and a second end, and a resiliently deformable member secured to the body and having a first finger extending from the body to a first end, and a second finger extending from the first finger to a second end. The first end of the body and the first end of the first finger are configured to engage with respective first and second ends of a frame member so as to secure the bead to the frame member. The second end of the body is configured to secure a glazing unit against an opposed seal of the frame member. The body comprises a first material having a first stiffness and the deformable member comprises a second material having a second stiffness less than the first stiffness.
Unitized curtain wall system for passive house standard
A unitized curtain wall system includes pre-assembled, pre-glazed aluminum framed curtain wall units. Vertical mullion components and top and bottom horizontal rail components interconnect adjacent curtain wall panels. The curtain wall units are suspended from one or more upper anchors installed on an upper floor slab. The bottom horizontal rail components are engaged with top horizontal rail components of adjacent, lower curtain wall units forming a continuous beam scheme for vertical mullion components and configured to accept lateral loads. The gravity loads of curtain wall units are supported by one or more floor anchors. Organic shaped insulating forms are disposed laterally between top and bottom horizontal rail components of adjacent curtain wall panels. The forms are compressible to permit flexing vertical movement of the curtain wall units while reducing air movement in a horizontal cavity formed between the top and bottom horizontal rail components forming a stack joint.
Glazing support system
A glazing assembly comprises a glazing support system for attaching a glazing unit to a frame element. The glazing support system comprises: a tension member for extending around a major portion of the periphery of the glazing unit 4; and a connection system for coupling the tension member to the frame element in at least two locations and for transferring tension forces from the tension member to the frame element whilst compression forces arising due to tension in the tension member are applied to the outside of the glazing unit.
