ADJUSTABLE GLASS MOUNTING GROOVE
The present disclosure relates to an adjustable glass mounting groove, comprising a U-shaped groove body, a support block, a first screw and a first nut, wherein the U-shaped groove body includes a groove bottom, a left groove arm and a right groove arm, the support block includes a bottom support portion, a side support portion, and a matching portion in rotational connection with the first screw, the first nut is fixed in the U-shaped groove body, the first screw is in rotational connection with the support block, and the support block is slidingly fitted with the U-shaped groove body along the movement direction of the first screw. The present disclosure is provided with a functional component for fine-tuning the installation depth and angle of the glass, reducing the risk of glass damage and saving labor, the overall structure is reasonable and stable.
Assembled door frame
An assembled door frame is provided, including multiple of side frames spliced together, where every adjacent two of the side frames spliced at right angle are connected via a corner connector assembly. The corner connector assembly is arranged inside the every adjacent two of the side frames spliced at right angle. The corner connector assembly includes a corner connector and fixing bolts, and one of the every adjacent two of side frames spliced at right angle is fixed on the corner connector by the fixing bolts. In the embodiments, the side frames are spliced directly together through the respective corner connector assemblies each including the corner connector and the fixing bolts. On one hand, the corner connector and the fixing bolts are each disposed within the corresponding side frame, such that the original external structure of the side frames will not be changed after the side frames are spliced together, thereby reducing assembly errors of the door frame caused by using the connecting structure. On the other hand, the direct splicing of the side frames is achieved merely by two types of members that are the corner connector and the fixing bolts. So compared with the prior art, a welding process of the side frames is not required, the structure thereof is simple, and the mounting thereof is convenient.
Invisible sill—thermally broken
There is included an intermediate element including one or more, but not necessarily limited to, an L-shaped profiled portion configured to receive a part of a panel of a door or window, a pad configured to be fit into at least one frame part and comprising a support strip groove, and an intermediate element extended from the L-shaped portion to the pad.
Insulating glazing unit
An insulating glazing unit, includes at least two glass panes and a circumferential spacer profile between the at least two glass panes near edges of the at least two glass panes, for use in a window, a door, or a façade glazing, which has in each case an electrically conductive frame surrounding the edges of the insulating glazing, wherein at least one RFID transponder is attached to the insulating glazing unit as an identification element, and wherein the at least one RFID transponder is arranged at a corner of the insulating glazing unit, and wherein an end of the at least one RFID transponder pointing toward the nearest corner of the insulating glazing unit is not more than 30 cm from the nearest corner of the insulating glazing unit.
GLAZING HAVING AN RFID TRANSPONDER
A glazing includes a frame made of a metallic first frame element, a metallic second frame element, and a polymeric third frame element connecting the frame elements at least in some sections, a glazing unit arranged in the frame, and a RFID transponder having a dipole antenna or a slot antenna and an operating frequency f, wherein the frame surrounds the end faces of the glazing unit and, at the same time, covers the RFID transponder in the viewing direction through the glazing unit, a distance D between the center of the dipole antenna or the center of the slot antenna and the nearest adjacent corner of the glazing unit is from 40% to 100% of a vacuum wavelength lambda corresponding to the operating frequency f, and the RFID transponder is arranged on an interior-side surface of the frame.
Adhesive joining and reinforcement of glass packets in sash profiles
A wing profile has a glass package including several glass plates, wherein the wing profile has a reinforcement element made of plastic, which substantially is mounted on the wing profile below the entire support surface of the glass package. Between the reinforcement element and the glass package, a cohesive connection is provided by a plurality of adhesive elements.
Panel doors and related method
A door is provided that includes a door panel having a periphery and opposite first and second panel surfaces, stiles and rails collectively surrounding the panel, and sealant. The stiles have channeled stile surfaces extending across a thickness of the stiles and facing one another. The rails have channeled rail surfaces extending across a thickness of the rails and facing one another. The channeled stile surfaces and the channeled rail surfaces include channels with open ends that receive the periphery of the panel, first grooves positioned at first interfaces of the first panel surface and first edges of the open ends of the channels, and second grooves positioned at second interfaces of the second panel surface and second edges of the open ends of the channels. The sealant is received in the first and second grooves, preferably forming a water-proof seal.
SECURITY PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM
A security panel mounting system having a mounting unit configured to attach to a mounting surface; a securing unit configured to engage with the mounting unit wherein the engagement of the securing unit with the mounting unit forms a base fixture; a first narrow gasket and a second narrow gasket, each narrow gasket having: a narrow gasket body; a T-shaped narrow gasket handle attached to the narrow gasket body; and a gasket hollow nested within the narrow gasket body; wherein each narrow gasket handle is configured to engage with a corresponding structure within the base fixture to secure a security panel within the base fixture; and a cover configured to engage with the base fixture. An advantage is that the hollow within each narrow gasket may allow an impact to the panel to be responded more flexibly, reducing the likelihood of the mounting system being damaged from the impact.
SECURITY PANEL MOUNTING SYSTEM
A security panel mounting system having: a mounting unit configured to attach to a mounting surface; a securing unit configured to attach to the mounting unit to form a base fixture; a shock gasket configured to nest within the base fixture, wherein the shock gasket is configured to secure a security panel within the base fixture; and a cover configured to engage with the base fixture. A center mullion may be implemented to allow multiple security panels to be mounted within the mounting surface. One advantage is that the security panel mounting system may allow for the utilization of security panels within any window or door to enhance security. Another advantage is that the shock gasket may allow for the expansion and contraction of the security panels, as a result of changes in ambient conditions, to occur without resulting in bowing or deformation of the security panel.
