METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING EXCESSIVE GAPS OF A DOOR BOTTOM
A method, system and apparatus configured to correct a non-compliant, excessive gap condition between a door bottom and a finished floor. One example system may include a channel assembly attached to the bottom edge of the door, wherein the channel assembly includes at least one moving component configured to accommodate uneven door bottom gaps across the width of the door and an uneven floor condition.
METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING EXCESSIVE GAPS OF A DOOR
A method and system configured to correct a non-compliant, excessive gap condition between a door and a frame, correct a non-compliant, excessive gap condition between a pair of doors at the meeting edge, correct a non-compliant, excessive gap condition at least using a formed metal edge and mechanical fasteners, and correct a non-compliant, excessive gap condition at least using a formed metal edge and mechanical fasteners, whereby the formed metal edge may vary in dimensions to accommodate uneven gaps.
SLIDING GLASS DOOR WEDGE
A rain deflector apparatus provides a declined body surface to deflect water away from a sliding glass door (or similar structure) and a one or more compliant portion in order to prevent water and debris from collecting in the track and making its way under the door. In a preferred embodiment, the rain deflector apparatus is secured to the door or door track by a one or more attachment mechanism. The attachment mechanism(s) is/are selected such that their holding force to the track or other structure is sufficient to keep the upper edge of the apparatus pressed up against the glass and the lower edge in sealed relation to the track or floor.

Sealing device for window air conditioner and window air conditioner having the same
A sealing device for a window air conditioner includes a first adjusting member and a second adjusting member. The second adjusting member includes a sliding space. The first adjusting member extends into the sliding space. The second adjusting member is slidable relative to the first adjusting member. One of an outer peripheral wall of the first adjusting member and an inner wall of the second adjusting member includes a plurality of buckles spaced apart from one another along a moving direction of the second adjusting member. Another one of the outer peripheral wall of the first adjusting member and the inner wall of the second adjusting member includes an elastic protruding portion in switchable contact fit with the plurality of buckles during movement of the second adjusting member.

FOLDABLE DRAFT PREVENTION DEVICE
A draft protector for a double door system has a longitudinally extending body having a first portion, a second portion, and a foldable central connecting portion disposed between the first and second portion. The first portion is positioned adjacent a first door and the second portion is positioned adjacent a second door, and either the first or second portion is folded over and in parallel alignment with the first or second portion when the first or second door is in an open position.

DOOR SYSTEMS AND DOOR HARDWARE COMPONENTS
Door systems and door hardware components are described herein, along with methods of installing the door systems and components.
FENESTRATION MEMBER SEALING SYSTEM
The system includes a gear mounted for rotation relative to the fenestration member. A mechanical linkage connects the latch control member and the gear such that the gear is rotated from a first position, where the latch is disengaged, to a second position as the latch is moved to engage the fenestration member frame. A rack in engagement with the gear is mounted to a first bar for linear movement in a given direction as the gear is rotated. A first triangular member moves with the rack. A second triangular member attached to a second bar cooperates with the first triangular member to move the second bar in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of rack movement. A gasket moves with the second bar to a position abutting the adjacent surface to automatically seal the member to the adjacent surface as the member is latched.
