Waterproofing member and exterior wall structure
An exterior wall structure includes first to fourth waterproofing members. Each of the first to fourth waterproofing members includes a fixing portion, a positioning portion, a separating portion, a supporting portion, and first and second seal portions. The positioning portion extends continuously with the fixing portion toward the exterior side. The positioning portion positions an exterior wall material by coming into abutment with an end face of the exterior wall material. The separating portion extends continuously with the positioning portion toward the sash body side so as to be located between the sash body and the exterior wall material. The first seal portion inhibits the entry of water by coming into abutment with the exterior wall material. The second seal portion inhibits the entry of water by coming into abutment with the sash body.
Garage door stop mould
A garage door stop mold comprises a base and a seal strip. The base mounts to a door jamb near a garage door opening. The seal strip attaches to the base. Tabs on the bottom surface of the seal strip insert into grooves extending from the base to attach the seal strip to the base. The seal strip has a door seal edge and a jamb seal edge. The door seal edge seals against a garage door when the door is closed and the jamb seal edge seals against the jamb.

Door and Suspension Mechanism Assembly and An Assembly of An Elongated Housing and A Door and Suspension Mechanism Assembly
A door and suspension mechanism assembly for use at or near an end of an elongated housing, where the suspension mechanism allows a linear movement of the door relative to the elongated housing and for a pivoting movement of the door relative to the elongated housing. Hence, the door and the suspension mechanism assembly provide access to a cavity in the elongated housing.

ADA compliant shielded door
An ADA compliant shielded door is disclosed. According to one aspect, a door is configured to create a radio frequency (RF) seal when the door is sealed so that RF energy is restricting from passing through a gap between an outer periphery of the door and a door frame when the door is sealed. The door includes: at least one knife edge along at least part of the outer periphery of the door, each knife edge configured to project into a channel of a door frame in a direction parallel to a face of the door when the door is sealed. The door also includes at least one contact element along a length of a knife edge, the at least one contact element being configured to make electrical contact with a channel wall of a channel of the door frame when the knife edge projects into the channel.

SCREEN EDGE RETENTION AND SCREEN RETHREADING FEATURES FOR A HIDDEN SCREEN ASSEMBLY AND A FENESTRATION ASSEMBLY
A fenestration assembly includes a sash, a frame surrounding the sash, and at least one screen assembly mounted in at least one of: the top portion and the bottom portion. The frame includes a top portion, a bottom portion, and two jambs forming first slots extending lengthwise along at least a portion of the jamb. The first slots each include a screen edge retention feature. The screen assembly includes a roller assembly substantially hidden from view, a screen material attached to the roller assembly, and a plurality of raised features. Edges of the screen material extend into the first slots. The raised features are attached to each of the edges of the screen material. The raised features are configured to engage the screen edge retention features and retain each of the edges of the screen material at least partially within the first slot of each of the two jambs.
