A refrigerator includes: a cabinet forming a storage space; a door for opening and closing the storage space and provided with a receiving space; a see-through portion extending through the door and communicating with the receiving space; a door light for illuminating a rear space of the door; a transparent panel assembly for shielding the see-through portion and becoming transparent or opaque so as to selectively visualize the see-through portion according to On/Off states of the door light; and a heat insulating member, formed along a perimeter of the transparent panel assembly, for insulating a perimeter portion of the transparent panel assembly.

A viewing assembly specifically, but not exclusively, structured for viewing through a solid, glass or transparent material panel includes a housing and an outer section collectively disposed in an operative position, respectively on and inner and outer surfaces of the panel. Inner and outer ends of the housing respectively include aligned first and second viewing apertures. A viewing member, structured for restricted, unidirectional viewing there through, is disposed within the housing in aligned relation to the first and second viewing apertures, and may be in the form of a one way mirror. The outer section is disposed in visually covering relation to the inner end of the housing and includes a third viewing aperture, wherein the first, second and third viewing apertures and the viewing member are collectively disposed in visually aligned relation along a predetermined line-of-sight extending through the panel from an interior to an exterior thereof.

A door viewer cover includes a base with a hole through the thickness of the base. The hole is sized to mate with a door viewer to allow a user to look through the hole and thus the door viewer. The hole is offset from a center of the base. A cover is stacked on the base so that the thickness of the cover and the thickness of the base are in series while the base and the cover have an overall parallel relationship. The cover is sized to completely block the hole to prevent looking through the hole. A connection between the base and the cover allows the base and the cover to pivot with respect to one another while maintaining the parallel relationship between the cover and the base.

A door viewer cover includes a base with a hole through the thickness of the base. The hole is sized to mate with a door viewer to allow a user to look through the hole and thus the door viewer. The hole is offset from a center of the base. A cover is stacked on the base so that the thickness of the cover and the thickness of the base are in series while the base and the cover have an overall parallel relationship. The cover is sized to completely block the hole to prevent looking through the hole. A connection between the base and the cover allows the base and the cover to pivot with respect to one another while maintaining the parallel relationship between the cover and the base.

There is an apparatus for viewing on another side of a door comprising at least one mount, and at least one electronic device configured to be coupled to the at least one mount. There can be at least one camera coupled to the electronic device and to the at least one mount. There can also be at least one coupling element for coupling the electronic device to the mount and wherein the mount is configured to allow the electronic device to be mounted on a surface.

There is an apparatus for viewing on another side of a door comprising at least one mount, and at least one electronic device configured to be coupled to the at least one mount. There can be at least one camera coupled to the electronic device and to the at least one mount. There can also be at least one coupling element for coupling the electronic device to the mount and wherein the mount is configured to allow the electronic device to be mounted on a surface.
