COMBINATION AWNING AND STORM SHUTTER
A combination awning and shutter (1) having at least two panels (4, 5, 15, 16, 17) of substantially rectangular configuration foldably attached along contiguous sides so that when folded together and supported by support rods (8) or scissor hinges (18) and brackets (19) can be maintained in an angular awning position and when unfolded act as a storm or security shutter over a window or door opening and further securable by the support rods secured in eye bolts (11) on each side of an opening.

A Mounting Assembly
A mounting assembly comprising: a bracket; a mounting part; and a height adjustment mechanism to vary the position of the mounting part with respect to the bracket in the vertical direction. The height adjustment mechanism comprises: a set of interlocking elements; an arm connected to the bracket and having a protrusion that is moveable in a depth direction with respect to the bracket between a retracted position and a locking position in which the free end interlocks with an interlocking element; and at least one set screw extending along the vertical direction. Rotating the set screw moves the set screw in the vertical direction and pushes the protrusion from its retracted position to its locking position.
SAFETY GATE
A safety gate includes a first column, disposed on a first side of an elevator shaft, a second column, disposed on a second side of the elevator shaft, a first gate panel, and a second gate panel. The first gate panel is coupled to the first column via a first locking hinge. The second gate panel is coupled to the second column via a second locking hinge.

Gate assembly and kit
A gate assembly that comprises a support assembly and a gate. The support assembly comprises a first support, a second support, and a base positioned between the first support and the second support. The base comprises a first flange adjacent a first end of the base and a second flange adjacent a second end of the base. The first flange is positioned within the first support and the second flange is positioned within the second support. The gate comprises an upper rail, a lower rail, and a plurality of posts disposed orthogonally with respect to the upper rail and the lower rail. The plurality of posts are removably engaged with the upper rail and the lower rail. The gate is rotatably attached to the support assembly. The first flange is removably attached to the first support and the second flange is removably attached to the second support.

DEVICE FOR PREVENTION OF DEBRIS AND/OR PEST INFILTRATION INTO A STRUCTURAL SPACE
A pest/debris infiltration prevention device in the form of a netting barrier that spans a passageway at the floor level. The netting barrier assembly is mounted to the supportive framing of the passageway by opposing tensioning mechanisms that provide tension along the netting barrier. The different engagements of the upper and lower portions of the netting barrier to the tension mechanisms enables the netting barrier to be biased in an upright position and pivot about the floor level to a prone position when stepped on, run over by a wheel or otherwise top loaded, and spring back upright when unloaded. The present invention permits vehicles or other objects to pass in and out of the passageway whilst still performing its core function of preventing ingress of unwanted elements.
Double Door Gate Apparatus
A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.
