Window covering
A window covering includes a liner attached to a first rail and window covering material attached to the first rail and the liner such that the window covering material is moveable from a retracted position to an extended position when the liner is moved from its retracted position to its extended position. The window covering material can be configured to define a first number of folds when the window covering material is moved to the retracted position of the window covering material. The liner can be configured to define a second number of folds when the liner is moved to the retracted position of the liner. The second number of folds can be a number of folds that is at least 50% larger than the first number of folds formed in the window covering material when it is moved to its retracted position.
Sensor for detecting glare conditions
A sensor and/or system controller may process an image multiple times at multiple resolutions to detect glare conditions. A glare condition threshold used to determine whether a glare condition exists may be based on the resolution of the image. When the resolution of the image is higher, the glare condition threshold may be higher. The sensor and/or system controller may organize one or more adjacent pixels having similar intensities into pixel groups. The pixel groups may vary in size and/or shape. The sensor and/or system controller may determine a representative group luminance for the pixel group (e.g., an average luminance of the pixels in the group). The sensor and/or system controller may determine a group glare condition threshold, which may be used to determine whether a glare condition exists for the group of pixels and/or may be based on the size of the group.
CORD WINDING MECHANISM FOR A CORDLESS WINDOW BLIND
A cord winding mechanism for a blind cord with a first end fixed to a window blind includes a base, a cord winder rotatably mounted to the base, a cord guiding assembly mounted to the base, and an elastic press member mounted to the base. The cord winder defines an annular slot to wind the blind cord layer by layer. The cord guiding assembly is abutted against an unwound portion of the blind cord between the cord winder and the window blind. A second end of the blind cord is fixed to an end of the cord winder in the slot. The press member is elastically abutted against a portion of the blind cord just separate from the cord winder.

Method for hybrid solar tracking, and apparatus for hybrid solar tracking and photovoltaic blind system using same
A method for hybrid solar tracking, and an apparatus for hybrid solar tracking and a photovoltaic blind system using the same are disclosed. The method includes generating first predicted power output data by analyzing first measured power output data of the past; generating a lagged error; constructing a regression analysis (RA) model, and deriving second predicted power output data; constructing an artificial neural network (ANN) model, and deriving third predicted power output data; selecting either a method for solar tracking based on photovoltaic power output or a method for solar tracking based on location and time depending on whether the second measured power output data of the present time falls within a filtering range based on a first error range and a second error range; and determining the directions of photovoltaic panels according to the selected method for solar tracking.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MULTIPLE OPERATIONAL BLIND PARTITIONS
A multi-partition blind system include a system of mechanisms that cause slats on a covering for an architectural opening to be partitioned into multiple operational sections. Partitions may be created to the extent of controlling each individual slat. Various embodiments and mechanisms are used to control, stabilize, and cause the opening and closing movement of one group of partitioned slats independent of others or individual slats independent of others.

LAMELLA ARRANGEMENT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A LAMELLA ARRANGEMENT, COVER ASSEMBLY HAVING A LEMELLA ARRANGEMENT
The present disclosure relates to a lamella arrangement, for a cover assembly for a head-up display, and to a method for manufacturing such a lamella arrangement. The disclosure also relates to a cover assembly having such a lamella arrangement and to a head-up display, in particular a head-up display for a transport which has such a cover assembly. The lamella arrangement has a first rack having a plurality of teeth and a first cover rack strip arranged on the first rack and having a plurality of teeth. The lamella arrangement also has a second rack having a plurality of teeth and a second cover rack strip arranged on the second rack and having a plurality of teeth. A plurality of lamellae are fastened between the teeth of the first and second racks and the first and second cover rack strips.
BLIND APPARATUS
A blind apparatus includes a slat on which a photovoltaic cell is disposed, and a communicator configured to perform communication between the blind apparatus and a control device configured to control the blind apparatus. An information element included in a message used in the communication includes an information element for specifying an operating state of the blind apparatus. The operating state includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a first operating state in which an angle of the slat is adjusted to maximize generated power of the photovoltaic cell, a second operating state in which the angle of the slat maximizing the generated power of the photovoltaic cell is searched for, and a third operating state in which the angle of the slat is adjusted based on an illuminance and/or a temperature of a space in which the blind apparatus is installed.
WINDOW BLIND ASSEMBLY
A window blind assembly is disclosed and comprises a blind set, a light modulation device, a pull cord take-up device, and a coil spring control device. The blind set includes a bottom rail, a stopper, leaves, a blind ladder, pull cords, and a headrail. The light modulation device includes a wheel set, a wheel, a cover, an iron bar, a block, and a stick. The pull cord take-up device includes two mounts, a wrapping reel, and iron cores. The coil spring control device includes a bottom plate, a driving gear, a spring shaft, a coil spring, an upper gear cap, an upper cap, and a driven gear. The angle adjustment of the leaves of the blind set is realized by rotating the wrapping reel. When the bottom rail is pulled downwardly, the pull cords are driving the wrapping reel to rotate. The pull cord arranged on the coil spring control device is pulled out and wrapped around the wrapping reel. When the bottom rail is pulled upwardly, the pull cords is taken up in the coil spring control device and wrapped around the wrapping reel. It has the advantages of simplified structure, safety, and reliability, especially suitable for using in house.
