FENESTRATION ASSEMBLY AND BUILDING SERVICE CONTROL WITH THE SAME
A fenestration system includes one or more of a light modulation controller or ventilation modulation controller. The light modulation controller is in communication with at least one light modulation element of a fenestration assembly having a frame and a panel. The light modulation controller includes a light prescription module configured to provide a specified light prescription for the building interior. A lighting difference module is configured to determine a prescription difference between the specified light prescription and ambient light. A dynamic light module of the light modulation controller operates the at least one light modulation element according to the prescription difference. The ventilation modulation controller is in communication with at least one operator configured to open and close the panel. A ventilation prescription module provides a specified ventilation prescription for the building interior, and a dynamic ventilation module implements panel closing and opening according to the specified ventilation prescription.
SCREEN GUIDE FRAME STRUCTURE AND SCREEN DEVICE HAVING SAME
A screen guide frame structure and a screen device having same. The present invention mainly comprises providing a passage on the screen guide frame structure. When a screen is stored or unfolded, the passage can allow one end of a windproof hook to slide therein; moreover, since the other end of the windproof hook is hooked onto a net line of the screen, the screen device cannot be blown away from the outside of a guide frame when there are strong winds.
Extendible barricade
An attachment assembly is provided for coupling a portable barricade to an overhead door, including a clamp, the clamp having a first surface and a second surface, the second surface facing the overhead door, a fastener passing through a clamp opening of the clamp and through an opening of the overhead door, a coupling member operably engaged with the fastener, and a biasing element positioned between the second surface of the clamp and the overhead door, wherein, when the coupling member is actuated in a first direction, the biasing element is compressed, shortening a distance between the clamp and the overhead door.
Integrated pleated screen assembly
A screen assembly used with a fenestration unit, the screen assembly capable of being installed at manufacture or retroactively to fenestration units. The screen assembly is installable on a fenestration unit having a frame and a window sash. The screen assembly includes a housing having a first housing member and a second housing member, wherein the housing forms a screen retention space between the first and second housing members when the screen assembly is in a closed position. It further includes a pleated screen positioned between the first and second housing members when the screen assembly is in the closed position, wherein the pleated screen includes a first end coupled to the first housing member and a second end coupled to the second housing member. The screen assembly also includes a catch element configured to releasably engage with the window sash.
Screen system
A screen system for use with a sliding panel of a window or door to screen an opening as the sliding panel or door is opened. The screen is attached to the edge of the sliding panel adjacent the opening, and is wound onto a spindle. The spindle is rotatably mounted adjacent the screen opening so that the screen can be unwound from or wound onto the spindle. A cord is connected between the sliding panel and the spindle pulley via an idler pulley. The spindle is caused to rotate to wind the screen onto the spindle as the sliding panel is slid towards the closed position. While the screen is wound off the spindle, the cord is wound onto the spindle pulley and vice versa. A tension adjustment arrangement is provided for adjusting the tension in the cable as the screen is wound and unwound from the spindle.
INSECT NETTING FOR A GREENHOUSE
An insect netting for a greenhouse includes a front panel merging into two side panels. The insect netting is pleated having bellow sections. Each bellow section has two parallel side bellow portions and a front bellow portion. Each side bellow portion comprises a first side gauze web and a second side gauze web connected to each other at a longitudinal side thereof, each having a first short side and a second short side. Each of the front bellow portions comprises a first front gauze web and a second front gauze web connected to each other along a longitudinal side thereof. The second short side of the first and second side gauze webs of the side bellow portions is connected to the longitudinal side of the first and second front gauze webs facing towards the hinging axis of the ventilation panel, respectively.
SQUARE WINDOW EXTRUSION AND DUAL SHADE/SCREEN ENCASEMENT
A square window is constructed from four aluminum portions that accommodate a shade assembly, securement of a glass pane, and a hook for installation. The square window frame accommodates more window covering options and is easier to install without requiring radiuses or curves to be cut in the vehicle wall.
Window with built-in foldable screen, and window frame assembly thereof
A window frame assembly has a built-in foldable screen, having a body, the body having at least a first frame part and a second frame part; the first frame part has at least a first end surface and a second end surface; the second end surface is fixedly connected to the second frame part; the first end surface is provided with a protruded guiding convex part; the guiding convex part is provided with a line receiving groove; and two sides of the line receiving groove are respectively provided with a concave part. The above structure has the benefits of enabling the guiding convex part located on the transverse frame in the foldable screen module to be re-assembled on the structure of the window frame assembly, thus reducing the number of foldable screen module components, and also improving the convenience of assembling the foldable screen module in the window.
Easy A-C screen
The invention provides an attractive, easy to install, window screen that can fit the open window space adjacent to a window-mounted air conditioner for any nominally-sized window.
