Garage Door (Drop Down) Breeze Screen
20180340367 · 2018-11-29 ·

The Breeze screen invention concept is designed to serve as a simulated natural breeze gate to keep garages cool and clean when they are opened. The mesh breeze gate feature serves to keep garbage and debris out of the inside garage space, while allowing the natural outdoor air ventilation in to keep the garage cool. It attaches to the existing garage door and can be dropped down and locked in place for security with its use.

It functions by the design of a fine mesh panel or screen network, made of either metal, aluminum, plastic or other fabric of manufacturer's choice to allow airflow through the fine air holes that make up the breeze gate or breeze screen concept. Thus allowing air through to keep the garage cooler, but keeping larger unsightly particles out of the garage, such as leaves, trash and debris.

METHOD FOR MOUNTING A FLEXIBLE-PANEL DOOR TO A DOOR FRAME OF A BUILDING

A flexible-panel door is mountable to a door frame. Opposite ends of a top rail are slidably engaged with end caps respectively affixed to ends of first and second side rails, and opposite ends of a bottom rail are likewise slidably engaged with end caps respectively affixed to opposite ends of the first and second side rails. With the first side rail secured to or in contact with the first side of the door frame, the second side rail is moved into contact with the second side of the door frame such that the top and bottom rails slide relative to at least one of their respective end caps such that each combination extends across the width of the door frame. A flexible panel carried by one of the first and second side rails is extendable toward the other of the first and second side rails.

Window with built-in foldable screen, and window frame assembly thereof

A window frame assembly has a built-in foldable screen, having a body, the body having at least a first frame part and a second frame part; the first frame part has at least a first end surface and a second end surface; the second end surface is fixedly connected to the second frame part; the first end surface is provided with a protruded guiding convex part; the guiding convex part is provided with a line receiving groove; and two sides of the line receiving groove are respectively provided with a concave part. The above structure has the benefits of enabling the guiding convex part located on the transverse frame in the foldable screen module to be re-assembled on the structure of the window frame assembly, thus reducing the number of foldable screen module components, and also improving the convenience of assembling the foldable screen module in the window.

Insect Killing Door System
20180274294 · 2018-09-27 ·

An insect killing door system includes a door that is hingedly positioned in an entry to a building. The door has a window and an electrification unit is positioned to cover the window. Moreover, the electrification unit inhibits insects from passing through the window. The electrification unit is selectively turned on to kill insects that have landed on the electrification unit. In this way the insects are inhibited from entering the building when the door is opened. A control unit is provided and the control unit is in wireless electrical communication with the electrification unit. The control unit selectively turns the electrification unit on and off.

An assembly type ventilation device for windows and doors is disclosed. The assembly type ventilation device for windows and doors comprises: a filter frame provided with an insertion part into which an air filter module is detachably inserted and fixed; a first fixing part installed on one side of the filter frame and fixed to a window; and a second fixing part installed on the other side of the filter frame and fixed to a window frame.

SCREEN SYSTEM
20180258695 · 2018-09-13 ·

A screen system includes a screen system having a screen assembly including a screen member with a plurality of equidistantly spaced apertures. The screen member may be mountable to a bottom portion of a door or a window for allowing airflow to pass through the apertures while inhibiting a passage of bugs and insects. The screen member has a sufficient rigidity for preventing damage from at least one pet attempting to pass through the screen member.

Retractable flexible-panel door

A retractable, flexible-panel door is mountable to a door frame attached to a building and includes a first side rail, a second side rail, a top rail mountable to and between the first and second side rails, and a bottom rail mountable to and between the first and second side rails. A flexible panel extends between the top and bottom rails, and at least one biasing member draws the flexible panel toward one of the first and second side rails. The top and bottom rails are each axially expandable and reducible in length to accommodate mounting of the retractable, flexible panel door to door frames of different widths.

Retractable and extendable covering device

A retractable and extendable covering device (1) for architectural openings, which includes first and second substantially parallel posts (3, 5), a retractable and extendable substantially rectangular screen member (7), and a first flexible guide member (9; 109). The first flexible guide member (9; 109) is deflected into one of the first and second posts (3, 5) and slidably receivable therein. Each of the parallel posts (3, 5) has a hollow interior (19, 23), and at least one of the first and second posts being movable toward and away with respect to the other. The retractable and extendable screen member (7) has first and second pairs of opposite parallel edges and is mounted between the first and second parallel posts (3, 5) at its first pair of parallel edges. The first flexible guide member (9; 109) extends along one edge of the second pair of parallel edges of the screen member (7) and between the first and second posts (3, 5) for retaining the one edge of the screen member (7). The first and second parallel posts (3, 5) each include a base profile part (69; 169) and an auxiliary profile part (71; 171) defining the hollow interior (19, 23) therebetween for slidably receiving the first flexible guide member (9). Optionally the auxiliary profile part (71; 171) is mountable to the base profile part (69; 169) in a selected one of two different positions in which it is connectable to the base profile.

Assembly, kit and method for securing a covering to an air intake face

An assembly for installing a covering over an air intake opening in engagement with a surrounding perimeter extending face. A plurality of elongated supports attached to the perimeter extending face at locations around the intake opening, each of the supports exhibiting a forwardly projecting support surface within which is configured a slot. A plurality of fasteners install through an accessible end location of each support such that a base of each fastener is retained within and traversable along an interior channel defined in said support, a projecting portion of each fastener extending from said base and through said slot. A rigid mesh exhibits a generally rectangular outline which generally matches the arrangement of the elongated supports, an aperture pattern defined in the mesh permitting the projecting portions of the fasteners to extend through the mesh to retain the mesh over the forwardly projecting support surfaces. The covering has a flexible material with perimeter defined apertures for receiving the projecting fastener portions to affix the material against an exterior surface of the mesh in engagement with the perimeter extending supports and to extend over the intake opening.
