Screen Installation Improvements
Disclosed are gaskets and methods for assisting with the installation and retainer of screens into window or door frames. The gasket is made with a deformable and resilient material such as a dense elastomer and is attached to a distal surface of the screens using adhesive tape or glue. When the screen is installed, the gasket deforms and creates an enlarged surface area of gasket material that uses frictional force to keep the screen in place.
Wire drawing tightness controller for easily detachable and foldable screen
A wire drawing tightness controller for an easily detachable and foldable screen, comprising: a connecting member, a wire drawing control device, a first connecting unit and a second connecting unit, wherein the connecting member is provided on a window frame, the wire drawing control device is provided with at least a control unit, and the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit are arranged between the connecting member and the wire drawing control device. By means of the arrangement of the first connecting unit and the second connecting unit, the wire drawing control device can be conveniently connected to the connecting member, and can also be easily separated from the connecting member, thereby enhancing the convenience of assembling a foldable screen.
HIDDEN FASTENER WINDOW SCREEN INSTALLATION SYSTEM
A hidden fastener screen installation system includes a plurality of screen frame extrusions cooperating to form an opening across which a screen is positioned. Each screen frame extrusion includes a mounting surface and a singular mounting rib extending outwardly from the mounting surface. The mounting surface is configured to receive a plurality of mechanical fasteners to retain the screen frame extrusion to a portion of a building structure. A trim mold includes a channel configured to closely receive and retain the mounting rib. The screen is received in the channel and is retained by cooperation between the trim mold and the mounting rib. A portion of the trim mold extends over the fasteners and fully covers the fasteners such that the fasteners are completely hidden upon installation of the trim mold on the screen frame.
Adjustable assembly double stabilized screen door
An adjustable assembly double stabilized screen door that forms a strong frame and requires minimal effort to assemble, disassemble and/or tighten wherein the door contains multiple stiles and rails forming joints containing mechanical tenons.
Material Sheet Frictional Securing Assembly
An assembly facilitating the ability to frictionally secure a sheet of material to a surface or to cover an opening defined by any type of frame, comprising a Base Piece (12) which can be secured to any desired frame or surface and a Clamp Arm (13) that are two separate parts, but connected to each other via a Clamp Ball (17b) and Clamp Joint (17a) allowing the Clamp Arm (13) radial motion so that it may rotate to an up (open) position allowing insertion of a Material Sheet (11) between the two parts then rotate to a down (secured) position by using any standard flat-headed tool to apply a radial force against the Lock Ridge (19) on the Clamp Arm (13), frictionally securing the Material Sheet (11) in between the Base Piece (12) and the Clamp Arm (13). Excess length of the Material Sheet (11) is forced into the Material Cavity (20) and hidden, avoiding the need for the Material Sheet (11) to be cut or trimmed to the exact smallest size required to cover the desired area, giving the edges of the Material Sheet (11) a straight and clean look, and pulling the Material Sheet (11) taut. By using any standard flat-headed tool to apply a radial force in the opposite direction of the Lock Ridge (19), the Clamp Arm (13) is dislodged allowing removal of the Material Sheet (11), also allowing for easy uninstallation or re-installation of the Material Sheet (11) if desired or should it become dislodged from the exertion of excessive external force.
Screen frame retention clip
A clip for fastening a screen to a frame the has a top and a bottom; an opening extending through the clip. A connector extends through opening to attach the clip to a door or window frame. A projection extends a vertical distance from an end of the clip for holding a screen in place. The clip bottom has a circular recess surrounding the opening. Attachable segments extend from the bottom of the clip having a diameter and a thickness and having an opening for receipt of a connector. The attachable segments bottom has a circular recess surrounding the attachable segments opening. The attachable segment top has a protruding ring that mates with the circular recess on the clip bottom or with a circular recess surrounding an attachable segment opening. The segments raising the vertical distance of the projection so the projection contacts the screen.
Security screen assembly
A security frame is disclosed that is adapted to be fitted to door and window openings and adjustably accommodate decorative panels of differing thicknesses. The frame includes: at least two frame members connectable together to form the frame for accommodating at least one decorative panel; at least one panel clamping bed extending along an inner sidewall of each frame member and having a clamping portion and a channel; and at least one clamping clip including at least one clamping arm configured to clamp a peripheral edge of the at least one decorative panel against the clamping portion. The at least one clamping clip and the channel connect via key arrangements configured to intermesh at a plurality of positions thereby enabling decorative panels of differing thicknesses to be accommodated and clamped to the frame.
Garage door (drop down) breeze screen
The Breeze screen invention concept is designed to serve as a simulated natural breeze gate to keep garages cool and clean when they are opened. The mesh breeze gate feature serves to keep garbage and debris out of the inside garage space, while allowing the natural outdoor air ventilation in to keep the garage cool. It attaches to the existing garage door and can be dropped down and locked in place for security with its use. It functions by the design of a fine mesh panel or screen network, made of either metal, aluminum, plastic or other fabric of manufacturer's choice to allow airflow through the fine air holes that make up the breeze gate or breeze screen concept. Thus allowing air through to keep the garage cooler, but keeping larger unsightly particles out of the garage, such as leaves, trash and debris.
WINDOW ASSEMBLY INCLUDING HINGED PANEL
A window assembly including a master frame defining a master frame opening, a first window assembly secured within a first portion of the master frame opening, a screen member secured within a second portion of the master frame opening adjacent to the first window assembly, a second window assembly pivotably attached relative to the second portion of the master frame opening, and a window opening system that includes at least one extending arm pivotably attached to the second window assembly and extending through an opening in at least one of the screen member and a screen frame in which the screen member is secured, the extending arm(s) having at least one arm aperture, a flange extending from the master frame and comprising at least one flange aperture, and a locking member engageable with one of the arm apertures and one of the flange apertures.
Hidden fastener window screen installation system
A hidden fastener screen installation system is disclosed which includes a plurality of screen frame extrusions cooperating to form an opening across which a screen is positioned, wherein each screen frame extrusion defines at least one mounting surface configured to receive a plurality of mechanical fasteners to retain the screen frame extrusion to a portion of a building structure, and wherein at least one mounting rib extends outwardly from the mounting surface. The system further includes a trim mold defining a channel configured to closely receive and retain the mounting rib, wherein the screen is received in the channel and is retained by cooperation between the trim mold and the mounting rib, and wherein a portion of the trim mold is configured to extend over the fasteners such that the fasteners are hidden upon installation of the trim mold on the screen frame.
