MOUNTING ARRANGEMENT
A mounting arrangement comprised of a first component for attachment to a support, and a second component supportable by the first component. The first component has a first side which is in use distal from the second component and provides a supporting portion spaced from the first side. The second component provides an engagement portion for engagement with the supporting portion. The mounting arrangement provides a restraining part moveable between a restraining configuration for restraining disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion, and a release configuration for allowing disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion. The mounting arrangement further provides a securing component which is insertable between the second component and the first side of the first component to restrict disengagement of the engagement portion from the supporting portion.
COMBINATION SCREEN, STORM AND EXTERIOR ENTRY DOOR WITH INSERT
The present invention discloses a door, preferably an exterior or entry door that swings outwardly, with a modular insert including movable screening and a glass panel that allows for seasonal use of the door and ready replacement of existing doors that have a standard glass insert or retrofitting of a door that has no insert at all.

FRAME ASSEMBLY
A retractable screen that is integrated within a wall cavity and fixed to an internal door frame. The screen has a base frame mounted to the support. The base frame comprises a lower elongate member a U shaped upper elongate member and two U shaped side elongate members each having an upper part and a lower part respectively fixed to the upper and lower elongate members. A lower guide track is mounted to the lower elongate member. An upper guide track assembly is mounted within the upper elongate member. The upper guide track assembly includes an elongate insert member with an upper guide track mounted therein and the elongate insert member is configured for insert installation into the upper elongate member. The side elongate members house a roller assembly for a screen.
Retractable screen with horizontal tensioning track and vertical biasing member
A retractable screen device for a framed opening employing a frame track fastened to each side support of the framed opening; the frame track forming a compartment for receipt of a guide rail with a decompression gasket positioned between the frame track and the guide rail. A screen mounted on a horizontally disposed rotatable shaft secured to a header of the opening has laterally opposed side edges with an elongated flexible protrusion secured along the length of each side edge. The guide rail receives and guides the screen protrusion along a longitudinal direction, and the decompression gasket allows the guide rail to traverse the frame track side walls to permit the screen to flex while maintaining a consistent tension on the screen. Vertical tension adjustment is provided by use of a biasing member coupled to the center axle that activates when the screen is deployed.

CONE AND CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR SCREEN ASSEMBLY
A cone and clamp assembly for a screen assembly comprises a substantially vertical supporting member about which a screen can be wound/unwound, a cone associated with at least one end of the supporting member and rotatable with the supporting member and at least one line member that can be wound onto and off the cone. The cone and clamp assembly comprises a clamp configured to hold the at least one line member relative to an external surface of the cone in an engaged position during transportation of the screen assembly or prior to operation of the screen assembly, a drive plate engaged with a pivot pin of the clamp, a cone plate coupled to the cone through the drive plate and the clamp, and an adjustable element coupled between the cone plate and the drive plate. Adjustment of the adjustable element in a first direction rotates the clamp toward the external surface of the cone and adjustment of the adjustable element in a second direction rotates the clamp away from the external surface of the cone.

RETRACTABLE WINDOW SCREEN
The window assembly of the present invention includes a window frame and window sash rotatable relative to the window frame between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the window sash is positioned parallel to the window frame. In the open position, a space is defined between the bottom edges of the window frame and the window sash, and the space defined between the side edges of the window frame and the window sash. A window screen is connected to the two side edges and the bottom edge of the window sash, the two side edges and the bottom edge of the window frame. The window screen is configured to extend in the space. The viewer can have a clear view out of the window assembly without the unsightliness, distortion, or sunlight blockage that is caused by conventional “always visible” window screens.
