A seal assembly for an upward acting door that is positionable between an open and closed position. The seal assembly contains a base member having a first and second flexible sealing member extending therefrom for sealing engagement with the door. The base member is mounted adjacent the door to facilitate sliding engagement between the door and the first and second seal members as the door is moved between the open and closed positions.

Wheel carriage assemblies and related fabric deployment systems and methods are disclosed. A wheel carriage assembly comprising at least one wheel with ball bearings on the interior of each wheel, and a pivot point that allows for position independence, is configured with a hembar coupled to a piece of fabric to allow a surface of varying shape to be covered. The system provides the ability to cover both traditional window shapes as well as surfaces of irregular shape or inclined orientation, and reduces and evens the amount of wear on certain components to extend system life.

A fabric fire rated door is described. The door utilizes a fire resistant fabric curtain with an end lock attachment. A tubular steel shaft is driven by an internal tube motor. The shaft is supported to minimize deflection. Single door shafts can also be joined together with a coupler shaft to create infinitely wide doors. The coupler shaft is spring loaded to act as a take up reel for a coupling curtain which will overlap each adjacent single door shaft. All curtains are attached to the same bottom bar. A hood covers the shaft, curtain, and the supports that run across the width of the door. The curtain travels over these horizontal supports as it drops down through the hood opening. The horizontal supports keep the curtain in position for proper seal during a fire/smoke event.

The disclosure discloses a return device and a windproof roller shutter formed by the return device. The return device includes an end cover, wherein a sliding chute is arranged on the end cover, the sliding chute is arranged slantly, and a horizontal height of a first end of the sliding chute is larger than a horizontal height of a second end of the sliding chute; a sliding component, wherein the sliding component moves along the sliding chute; and a fixed plate mounted at one end of a reel pipe, wherein the sliding component is mounted on the fixed plate. The windproof roller shutter includes a reel pipe, a shutter body, a low rail, two side rails and two return devices.

A clutch cover for a roller blind clutch. The clutch cover comprises a clutch barrel portion mounted upon and extending outwardly from a first side of a backing plate, a cover ring and one or more indexing locators to fix the position of the cover ring relative to the backing plate when the cover ring is releasably secured about the backing plate. The cover ring includes a chain guide and is releasably securable about the backing plate such that the cover ring encompasses the backing plate. The indexing locators prevent relative rotational movement between the cover ring and the backing plate when the cover ring is releasably secured about the backing plate. The indexing locators permit the chain guide to be positioned at a plurality of angles relative to the backing plate.

A clutch cover for a roller blind clutch. The clutch cover comprises a clutch barrel portion mounted upon and extending outwardly from a first side of a backing plate, a cover ring and one or more indexing locators to fix the position of the cover ring relative to the backing plate when the cover ring is releasably secured about the backing plate. The cover ring includes a chain guide and is releasably securable about the backing plate such that the cover ring encompasses the backing plate. In a screen device, a screen retaining member formed by detachably attaching a plurality of needle-like parts in intervals to a longitudinal base part which is bendable in a pivotally moving direction of each of the first guide units, and in an attached condition of the screen retaining member, the base part is supported between the rail part and the supporting piece of each of the first guide units and all of the needle-like parts protrude inwardly between opposing side walls of each of the first guide units.

In a screen device, a screen retaining member formed by detachably attaching a plurality of needle-like parts in intervals to a longitudinal base part which is bendable in a pivotally moving direction of each of the first guide units, and in an attached condition of the screen retaining member, the base part is supported between the rail part and the supporting piece of each of the first guide units and all of the needle-like parts protrude inwardly between opposing side walls of each of the first guide units.

A door seal fitting, such as for a garage door, may include a main body or mounting fitting; a cap, and the door seal itself. The mounting fitting has a back web or wall that is attached to a door post or door jamb. The cap seats on the mounting fitting to conceal the mounting hardware of the mounting fitting. The door seal is located in a T-shaped slot on the doorward end of the mounting fitting. It is secured by mechanical fasteners that are hidden behind the seal. The mechanical fasteners pass through a web of the mounting fitting and through a wing or internal leg of the cap. The fasteners are spaced along the length of the assembly to discourage axial shrinkage or shifting of the cap relative to the mounting fitting.
