Adjustable roller shades
Present disclosure relates to several adjustable roller shades. Adjustable roller shade includes: roller shade fabric winding shaft, weight, movable pulley, traction rope, and a pair of winders. A roller shade fabric is wound on roller shade fabric winding shaft 1 forming upper edge of adjustable roller shade. Weight is attached to bottom of roller shade fabric forming lower edge of adjustable roller shade. Movable pulley is fixedly attached to one end of the roller shade fabric winding shaft. The traction rope is wound around the movable pulley and pair of winders and pair of tensioning wheels. One or more driving motors drive the pair of winders to rotate in different combination of directions to raise or lower both upper edge and lower edge of adjustable roller shade, resulting the adjustable roller shade to be opened or closed freely from both upper and lower edges of the adjustable roller shade.

Movable wall element and movable wall system
A movable wall element for a building with a floor and a ceiling is disclosed, where the movable wall element comprises at least one lower roller device comprising a wheel element which is capable of engaging the floor of the building when the wall element is to be moved across the floor. The movable wall element further comprises at least one upper roller device comprising a wheel element which is capable of engaging the ceiling of the building when the wall element is to be moved across the floor.
Motorized manoeuvring device intended to manoeuvre a moving windable fabric screen of a window or projection screen cover device
A motorized maneuvering device (1) intended to manoeuvre a moving windable fabric screen (3), the motorized maneuvering device includes an actuator (4), comprising a hollow housing (41) containing a gear motor and a mounting end-plate (7a) which has a first support (11) extending from the end-plate along a first longitudinal axis (X-X) and cooperating with the housing (41) of the actuator (4) and a second support (12) extending from the end-plate along a second axis distinct from the first axis (Ya-Ya, Z-Z). The hollow housing, notably the tubular hollow housing, of the actuator, is closed by the first end-plate support.

Roll-up dual curtain closure system
A dual curtain closure system for covering a portal wherein each curtain has a length greater than the length of the lateral margins of the portal, a first end fixedly attached across the portal at an upper end thereof, and a second end folded back on itself to define an upwardly opening pocket. An elongated rod is supported within each pocket. A first spindle winds and unwinds the first curtain and a second spindle winds and unwinds the second curtain. A drive motor is operable to simultaneously rotate the first and second spindles such that the upwardly opening pockets of the curtains are concomitantly raised or lowered. A predetermined distance between the rods is maintained as the pockets are raised or lowered, which facilitates sealing of the curtains to the lateral margins of the portal as the curtains are lowered.
